【關於時間管理 從改掉一個壞習慣談起】
最近 #生產力 指數增長，例如三月看了七本書，全部都有寫讀後感，也持續上了幾個course。但說真的數字並不重要，沒把知識內化的話也是沒用。
以前工作時會分心想著別的事情，但做別的事情時又會對工作掛心，或者被手機彈出來的通知吸引了專注力，然後又會健忘，忘掉當下正在做的事。大腦每次轉換任務時，都需要重新專注一次，既消耗時間又消耗腦力。
現在我有意識地一心一用，把每一件事做好，有效率超級多！暫時自問最有用的是Iphone 的 Do not disturb 功能以及限制使用社交媒體的Screen Time。你也可以使用「番茄鐘工作法」，25分鐘專注投入後，再給自己5分鐘休息。當進入工作或學習模式時心無旁騖，把精力投入在最重要的事上，而不是在別的念頭上。慢慢你會發覺自己的效率會提升很快，前題是你有用心在實踐。
可惜我們都習慣處在無意識中，🧠大腦最緊要舒服不變，縱然你知道自己有壞習慣，但覺得不至於太壞，不影響人生，就不會去改，這很正常啊，而且自律本來就是反本能（要不然我們也不用去學）。但別忘了自己也有足夠的智慧為自己做出更有利的抉擇，就只看你甘不甘心目前，想不想進步，想不想改變🌞
多數人不想做的事，如果你做到了，就多了些機會。
