foodpanda RIDER HAS STOLEN MY FOOD‼️‼️
So ordered Kacchi items for my BIRTHDAY worth of 2581 Taka from Kacchi Bhai - Mirpur 10 and my food was marked delivered even with a photo as proof but never received the order or even any call from the delivery man. That thief picked up my food around 3.38 from Kacchi bhai Mirpur 10 and delivered it to Dhaka Cantonment within 2/3 minutes as per the record!! Immediately I contacted the customer care they called the delivery man but he didn’t pick up and switched off his phone. However the Foodpanda didn’t take any responsibility or refund me instead they are still ignoring the case despite providing enough evidences. They informed me that they won’t refund me when it is an easy investigation and clear crime of their rider. They’ve closed the case with this type of frustrating service. This is the reality of Foodpanda Bangladesh and some irresponsible Bangladeshis!!! I have never faces this type of frustrating experiences from Foodpanda Malaysia!!
Foodpanda’s careless behaviour and poor customer service just not only ruined my Birthday but also made my money to waste in vain. I kept everyone in my house waiting without having lunch. I encourage you guys to order only COD or even better to avoid Foodpanda. Their irresponsible policy and customer care will not bring justice to you guys.
রাইডারদের কথা কি বলবো! মোস্টলি স্টুডেন্টরা ডেলিভারি করে থাকে উল্লেখ্য আমি বেশিরভাগ সময় টিপ্স দেই। অন্যের এই সামান্য আমানত রক্ষা করতে না পারলে এরকম সেবামূলক কাজ থেকে দূরে থাকা উত্তম।এতো থ্রাডক্লাস লেভেলের একটা কাজ কিভাবে একটা মানুষ করতে পারে ভাবতেই লজ্জা লাগছে!
