Can you demolish your terrace or semi detached house? Ans is Yes and No. If the unit was built separately from neighbour units, ANS is YES. If it’s structure was attached to neighbour units. ANS is NO as structure checking is required and concern from neighbours and council should be obtained before demolition.

Do no simply demolish any house. Get a professional advice. Either yes or no of above ans, a proper submission to council to obtain approval is required.
