SB21 Jersey Giveaway Contest (23 Aug) Terms and Conditions
1. This contest is organised by SB21 (the “Organiser”).
2. The contest period begins at 3.32pm on 23 Aug 2020 and ends at 11:59pm on 28 Aug 2020.
3. To enter the activity, entrants must participate in the following procedure on the “safuwanbaharudinofficialpage” page: a. Like our “safuwanbaharudinofficialpage” page and this post. b. and tag 5 friends.
4. The official winner announcement will be made on the “safuwanbaharudinofficialpage” page. The Organiser will also contact the winner via Facebook inbox message. The winner must reply by 29 Aug 2020.
5. Three (3) winners will be selected for this contest. Each winner will receive a Selangor Home Jersey 2020 and a signed card from SB21. In the event that the Organiser cannot for any reason obtain the winner's acknowledgement by the due date, the Organiser reserves the right to select alternative winner(s) at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
6. The Organiser will select the winner from all qualified submissions based on competition criteria. The Organiser reserves the right to make all final decisions.
7. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or in association with Facebook.
8. To enter the contest, each entrant must meet the following content and technical requirements: a) All entries must be submitted during the activity period and each participant must agree to the Terms and Conditions set out herein in order to be considered as a qualified submission. b) All entries must be submitted before 11:59pm on 28 Aug 2020 in order to be eligible. c) Any entry with the following content will be disqualified immediately: i. Violence, obscenity, offensive comments; ii. Mentioning of brands other than the Organiser; iii. Violation of copyrights; iv. Violation of privacy of any subject by sharing personal details or materials; v. Endangerment of health and safety; d) Each participant may comment more than once, but will only be eligible to win once.
9. Entry eligibility: a) Entry is open to Facebook users residing in Malaysia only.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to change any contest details, without notification to participants or potential participants.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters associated with the contest.
