JOB APPLICATION FOR SECRETARY POSITON

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms

• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
• Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
Multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
High school diploma
Fresh Graduate

Position: Technician

Job Responsibilities :

To perform cable pulling and laying works as per schedule
To perform Fiber Splicing works and assist Fiber Engineer during testing & commissioning
To prepare and make sure all site materials, tools & equipment are sufficient for site works
To perform OTDR/OLTS for new and repair cable works
To perform wiring related tasks
To perform ad hoc works when required

Job Requirement

Must possess at least Certificate, Diploma in electrical/electronic/telecommunication/engineering or equivalent
Required Language: Bahasa Melayu & English
Prefer with certificate TM Niosh Passport. Added Advantage certitify CA2C or AESP (Authorize Entry and Standby Person) or AGTES (Authorize Gas Tester / Entry Supervisor)
Added Advantage for a candidate with 1-year working experience in the related field
Working Time: Monday - Friday
Able to work in Project Sites within Klang Valley Area
Advantages to possess own transportation
Able to work in a team

Salary Range:
RM 1800 - RM 2500
