What is Adobo?
It is meat marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, black peppercorns and garlic. We love the dry version and this is what you'll get! We cook it down till each item has absorbed the marination, with only a little bit of sauce left. To make it even heartier, we have added veges and wedges. Trust us when we say the portion is really what you pay for!
