📄DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
All nine main metals will be replaced including the thrust metals.
Current main and thrust metal hours are 79.556hrs.

Before starting the Main Bearings replacement, the crank web deflections were taken with the vessel afloat.

After the Main Bearings were replaced, the crank web deflections were taken, with the vessel afloat.
- MAIN BEARING REPLACEMENT:
All main bearings were changed, some crank-pins were hand polished to eliminate protruding metal, which could damage the bearing shell.

- MAIN BEARING REPLACEMENT:
In this regard, the bearings shell of the Thrust Bearing were changed by new ones, and 4 half segments other half segments were fitted the old used ones, due to which they were not present on board. We un ni recommend replacement as soon as possible to avoid future damage and problems.

-The pistons were very dirty on the crown due to bad combustion, they were renewed and inspected, some piston crowns were changed due to wear and bad condition.

- All pistons were pull out from Cylinder Liners, dismantled, cleaned all part, visual inspection, assembled and took the wear clearance of the piston ring grooves and piston ring inside
