On this 5th installment DON ALEX ALBERT] talks about how he handles time when insomnia hits!

“Lately I have had the ease of losing sleep. In those moments I used to start playing a video game, fooling around on social networks, or being interested in the metaverse, cryptocurrencies and NFts; almost always listening in the background to the “Sleep” album by the artist Max Richter or other albums related to the ambient genre. With these sounds I almost always managed to find myself asleep again. One day in my insomnia, instead of turning on the computer to find idleness, I decided to do something about it and take advantage of it, so I opened up Ableton Live and started looking for sounds in my head that could lull me to sleep, but at the same time entertaining enough so that I can then distract myself for a few minutes and find some mental peace.”

Bobby Soprano is a creator of taste, an avant-garde of genuine expression. Also known as the Prime Minister of Disco, he is a CDMX disc jockey, music producer and remixer active since 2016. His musical influence vary but mainly go amongst the various sources of Soul Music: Hip Hop, RnB, Disco, Funk & House. Little by little and by word of mouth, he has become one of the favorite proposals among the Hip Hop and dance community in the city due to his creativity when it comes to rocking the party.
