After losing almost half of my fish and plants a year ago, it seems like my office tank is finally on the right track. I've been using .co.kr Neo's CO2 for two weeks now and so far, the results have been really promising.

Have you tried this kind of CO2 in your tanks? If so, let me know your experiences so far.

I’m back. Been through a lot of changes in my tanks, some awful, some nice, but I’m still here trying to make the best ecosystems.

Sadly “El Pintao” one of my male bettas passed away due to a large tumor that grew slowly in his back. It was painful to watch him suffer like that, but thankfully he can now rest in peace.

I didn’t know what to do with his empty tank, so I got some fish that I never thought I would have. I wanted something that could bring life to this tank, and I decided to get some Guppies and Cherry Shrimp.

I know guppies aren’t the most amazing fish, but I’m starting to love this guys.

My old boy, Rainbow Shark is probably living his last moments. He’s been hiding almost all day, just leaving for a few moments to wander around (took some footage before he went back to hiding).

8 wonderful years he has given to this aquarium, seeing multiple changes and living with multiple tank mates. You can see the years though his wrinkled face and thin body.

This type of fish has a life span of 5 years, with maximum of 8 leaving in great tank conditions.

It’s been almost a year since I planted this tank. It has been infested by hair algae, but now it is beautifully balanced, with no algae visible to the eye.

It’s at the limit of desired space for a Sorority tank, but I’ve made sure to add tons of crevices and caves so that the bettas can hide and enjoy their own space. At the back of the scape, emersed plants have created with their roots a type safe space, where bettas look pretty happy.

The design of this tank was completely planned to create a real ecosystem where female bettas and tetra fish could live in harmony. For what I see, it has been a success. Each Betta has their own space, decided by he hierarchy they’ve created. The Neon Tetra, Glowlight Tetra, and Silvertip Tetra have grown really healthy

This has been a love/hate tank for me, but at the end all I can do is relax and enjoy nature in my living room.
