LET'S GO KU YOUTUBE TIKAIMVERE "I'M OK" BY Chizmo Njuchi
I'M OK Lyrics

INTRO
Long time, it's been too long
Where am i? Kinda feel lost
But I guess it's alright coz I feel like wow...

VERSE ONE
Am I really somebody, to anybody?
Or am just a nobody, to nobody?

People are dirty and am just one of them
So mi choose my peace over who else I can blame
If you think you're clean then that's another problem
another problem ooh

Mi know
Everywhere mi go
People no really care bout people
Love is just a word but hate is strong and more real
Love is in the air, pain is what we really feel

So now I
Remember what mama told I
Always gotta be strong and ready
For anything and count pon nobody
pon nobody...

CHORUS
All I need is peace and my freedom around
I only find dem when am alone
So this time around am not coming back home
I'm fine and I'm OK

All I need is peace and my freedom around
I only find dem when am alone
So this time around am not coming back home
I'm fine and I'm OK

VERSE TWO
In this life we come and then we go
So mi just wan live di best ah mine before I go
Mi just, wan reach my goal
Fly high like an eagle
Stay away from people full ah badmind and Ego ye

Munthu akuopsa kuposa mkango
Sungalimbe opanda Mkondo ndi Chishango
Mmamidzi mukuopsa kuposa m'thengo
Kugona m'nyumba mitima Ili mu ntengo ooh eh

We... Can not have each other forever
But for as far as we live
We can always have ourselves

CHORUS
All I need is peace and my freedom around
I only find dem when am alone
So this time around am not coming back home
I'm fine and I'm OK

All I need is peace and my freedom around
I only find dem when am alone
So this time around am not coming back home
I'm fine and I'm OK

All I need is peace and my freedom around
I only find dem when am alone
So this time around am not coming back home
I'm fine and I'm OK

Much respect to Chizmo Njuch

People Who Become Successful Later in Life Usually Adopt These 9 Daily Habits
We often hear stories of young prodigies and overnight successes, but the truth is that many people achieve their most significant accomplishments later in life. These individuals, known as late bloomers, prove itā€™s never too late to pursue your dreams and attain success. While their journeys may differ, successful late bloomers often share everyday habits that contribute to their eventual triumphs. In this article, weā€™ll explore nine habits and how they can help you unlock your potential, regardless of age or background.

Habit 1: Embracing A Growth Mindset
One of the most significant habits successful late bloomers adopt is embracing a growth mindset. This concept, popularized by psychologist Carol Dweck, refers to the belief that our abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. Late bloomers view challenges as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles. They understand that setbacks are a natural part of the learning process and use them as stepping stones to improve and expand their skills.

Habit 2: Setting Clear Goals And Priorities
Successful late bloomers are often masters at setting clear goals and priorities. They understand the importance of having specific, measurable, and achievable targets to work towards. By defining their objectives and breaking them into manageable steps, they can focus their energy on what matters most and avoid getting sidetracked by less important tasks.

Habit 3: Continuous Learning And Skill Development
Another essential habit of successful late bloomers is their commitment to continuous learning and skill development. They recognize that to achieve their goals, they must constantly expand their knowledge and abilities. This habit is essential for those pursuing new careers or passions later in life, as they may need to acquire new skills or update existing ones to remain competitive.

Habit 4: Cultivating Resilience And Perseverance
The path to success is rarely smooth, and late bloomers often face unique challenges as they pursue their goals later in life. This is where the habit of cultivating resilience and perseverance comes into play. Successful late bloomers can bounce back from setbacks and maintain their motivation in the face of adversity.

To build resilience, focus on developing a positive outlook and surrounding yourself with supportive individuals who believe in your goals. When faced with setbacks, try to reframe them as learning experiences and opportunities for growth. Remember that progress is rarely linear, and itā€™s okay to take breaks when needed to recharge and refocus.

Habit 5: Networking And Building Relationships
Successful late bloomers understand the value of networking and building relationships within their chosen fields. They actively seek connections with others who share their interests and can offer guidance, support, and potential collaborations. By cultivating a strong network, late bloomers can open doors to new opportunities and learn from the experiences of others who have walked similar paths.

Habit 6: Embracing Failure As A Learning Experience
One of the most essential habits successful late bloomers adopt is the ability to embrace failure as a learning experience. They understand that failure is not a permanent state but a natural part of growth. By reframing setbacks as opportunities for learning and improvement, late bloomers can maintain their motivation and continue pursuing their goals with renewed determination.

To cultivate this habit, approach failures with curiosity rather than self-judgment. Ask yourself what you can learn from the experience and how to apply those lessons to future endeavors. Remember that even the most successful individuals have faced failure at some point in their lives, and itā€™s often through these challenges that we grow and learn the most.

Habit 7: Maintaining A Healthy Work-Life Balance
Successful late bloomers recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. They understand that achieving their goals requires sustained effort over time and that burning out can derail their progress. By prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries between their professional and personal lives, late bloomers can maintain the energy and focus needed to pursue their dreams.

Remember that achieving success is a marathon, not a sprint. By taking care of yourself and maintaining a balanced lifestyle, youā€™ll be better equipped to handle the challenges and opportunities that come your way.

Habit 8: Practicing Gratitude And Positive Thinking
Another essential habit of successful late bloomers is the practice of gratitude and positive thinking. They understand that cultivating a positive mindset can profoundly impact their well-being and ability to achieve their goals. Late bloomers maintain a sense of perspective and optimism, even in the face of adversity, by focusing on the good in their lives and expressing gratitude for their blessings.

To cultivate gratitude and positive thinking, try starting each day by reflecting on three things youā€™re thankful for. When faced with challenges, focus on the opportunities for growth and learning rather than dwelling on the negative aspects. Surround yourself with positive influences, whether uplifting books, inspiring mentors, or supportive loved ones.

Habit 9: Taking Consistent Action And Embracing Change
Finally, successful late bloomers are masters at taking consistent action and embracing change. They understand that achieving their goals requires sustained effort and a willingness to adapt to new circumstances. Late bloomers can maintain momentum and progress over time by breaking their objectives into manageable steps and consistently working toward them,

Embracing change is also crucial for success as a late bloomer. Pursuing new goals and passions may require stepping outside your comfort zone and adapting to new environments or challenges. Successful late bloomers view change as an opportunity for growth and are willing to take calculated risks to pursue their dreams.

Case Study: From Passion To Profession
Stella, a 45-year-old mother of two, had always been passionate about chocolate. As a child, she practiced experimenting with different chocolate recipes in her familyā€™s kitchen. However, life took her in a different direction, and she found herself working in a corporate job that left her feeling unfulfilled.

It wasnā€™t until her mid-40s that Stella decided to pursue her true calling. She enrolled in a local culinary school specializing in chocolate making. Balancing her studies with family responsibilities was challenging, but Stellaā€™s passion and determination kept her going.

After completing her culinary education, Stella started a small chocolate business from her home kitchen. She poured her heart into creating unique, handcrafted chocolates, and her products quickly gained a loyal following. As demand grew, Stella knew it was time to take her business to the next level.

She invested in a commercial kitchen, hired a small team, and expanded her product line. Stellaā€™s commitment to quality and innovation set her apart from competitors, and her business thrived. Today, at age 55, Stella is the proud owner of a successful artisanal chocolate company, proving that itā€™s never too late to turn your passion into a profitable profession.

The first batch of 1,374 tonnes of maize, part of a larger consignment aimed at addressing hunger caused by El NiƱo-induced prolonged dry spells, has arrived in Malawi from Tanzania.

United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) Country Director, Paul Turnbull, said the shipment is the first batch of almost 29,000 tonnes which WFP has acquired.

ā€œFood is a human right, and nobody should be left behind in accessing this important life need," he said.

Turnbull made these remarks while witnessing the arrival of the maize at WFP Warehouses in Limbe-Blantyre.

Director of Disaster Preparedness and Response at the Department of Disaster Management Affairs (DoDMA), Moses Owen Chimphepo, said the shipment is a critical step in addressing the immediate food needs of millions of Malawians affected by the El NiƱo-induced drought.

Police in Chikwawa have arrested George Nkuzi, aged 48, over alleged possession of a live pangolin without a permit from the Wildlife Department.

The district's police publicist, Sergeant Dickson Matemba, says Mbewe police unit officers yesterday got a tip-off that the suspect in question was keeping a live pangolin in his house.

Sergeant Matemba says law officers and parks and wildlife officers from Lengwe National Park raided the house and arrested him.

The pangolin is currently in the hands of parks and wildlife officials for safekeeping, and the suspect will be taken to court soon after the completion of investigations.

GETTY
Welcome back, content creators and wordsmiths. Ready to take your writing from good to great? In this fifth and final installment of my writing tips series, Iā€™ll discuss advanced techniques that separate the pros from the amateurs.

If you missed any of the first four parts, you can find them here:

Part 1ā€”includes tips on varying sentence length, using active voice, and tapping the power of specificity.
Part 2ā€”talks about simplifying complex topics, using analogies, injecting emotion, creating compelling headlines, and using the power of social proof.
Part 3 explores the visual side of content creation, from formatting for skimmability to strategically using whitespace, fonts, and colors.
Part 4ā€”covers the art of empathetic writing, showing instead of telling, and creating a shared narrative with your reader.

As you work through this final installment, consider your content a rough diamond. You've mined and shaped it, but now it's time for the finishing touches to make it truly shine. That's what these tips are all aboutā€”the polish that turns your words into brilliant content.

In this article, discover:

Why self-editing is your secret weapon (and how to wield it like a pro).
The surprising power of criticism (yes, you read that right).
The tools and partnerships that can elevate your writing quality.
How to make your content work harder through clever repurposing.
The art of keeping your best pieces fresh and relevant, year after year.
Let's dive in.

Tip 21: Self-editingā€”your secret weapon

Isnā€™t ā€œself-editingā€ just reading a draft several times? Yesā€¦ but thereā€™s more. Think of self-editing as a content personal trainer. It whips your words into shape, trimming the fat and building muscle where it counts. The work is not always comfortable, but the results? They're worth every moment you spend scrutinizing your work.

Here's what self-editing does for your content:

Clarifies your messageā€”is your main point shining through or hiding behind fluff?
Strengthens your languageā€”are your verbs doing heavy lifting or napping on the job?
Improves your flowā€”does your content run smoothly from point to point or stumble over awkward transitions?
Trims the fatā€”can you say more with less? In writing, less is often more.
My best advice is not to rush to publish the next time you finish a draft. Take a break, whether for hours or days, then return with fresh eyes and give your work the edit your brilliant ideas deserve.

Here are a few ways to self-edit:

Read the content aloudā€”youā€™ll hear awkward transitions and areas that donā€™t make sense.
Read the content backwardsā€”this is a pro proofreaderā€™s tip for when 100% accuracy is a must.
Create a reverse outlineā€”use your finished draft to create an outline to see the structure of your work and find areas that need help.

Tip 22: Embrace constructive feedback

GETTY
Have you ever hit 'publish,' beaming with pride, only to receive... criticism? Ouch. Your first instinct might be to defend your work or dismiss the feedback. But criticism could be your greatest ally in content creation.

Think of constructive feedback as a GPS for your writing. It helps you avoid traffic jams, discover more scenic routes, and reach your destination more pleasantly and efficiently. When you open yourself to input from others, you can tap into fresh perspectives and ideas.

Embracing feedback can help you:

Identify blind spotsā€”like angles you hadn't considered and areas not as clear as you thought.
Spark new ideasā€”a reader's question could lead to your next great piece of content.
Strengthen your skillsā€”constructive criticism is a chance to improve your writing.
Here's a practical tip: The next time you receive feedback, resist the urge to respond right away. Instead, take a deep breath, sleep on it if you can, and then approach the feedback with curiosity.

Ask yourself:

Is the feedback coming from a place of genuine helpfulness, or is it just negativity?
Is it in line with your goals and values, or does it pull you in a different direction?
Can you use it to improve your work, or is it just a matter of personal preference?

The goal isn't to please everyoneā€”it's to create the best content you can. And sometimes, a fresh perspective is just what you need to take your writing from good to great.

Tip 23: Use writing tools, apps, and partners
It's hard to make excuses about typos with so many [+]
GETTY
Every writer needs tools and support. Bring your skills and ideas to the table and use the right tools and partners to help you create something remarkable.

Let's start with the tools. Writing apps like Grammarly and Hemingway help you create clear, readable content. Grammarly has free and paid versions; I use the paid version every day. It helps me catch grammar and spelling errors and suggests style improvements. It's a great first-line defense against the little mistakes that undermine your message.

Hemingway is all about improving your writing's readability. It highlights complex sentences, passive voice, and other readability issues, pushing you to make your writing as clear and punchy as possible.

Partners are another key ingredient for great content. Although writing is often a solitary pursuit, the best content happens through collaboration and external input. That's where editing and content coaching come in.

When you work with an editor or writing coach like me, you get a second set of eyes on your work, plus a fresh, well-trained mind that can spot opportunities for improvement, suggest new approaches, and help you develop your unique writing voice. It's like having a personal trainer for your writing skillsā€”someone to push, guide, and celebrate your progress.

Of course, not every piece needs the full editorial treatment. But that extra level of professional polish can make all the difference for your most important workā€”your cornerstone content, thought leadership pieces, and the messages you really want to land.

And partnership doesn't have to mean a long-term commitment. Even a one-time edit or coaching session can make a difference. The key is finding the level of support that fits your budget and goals.

Tip 24: Repurpose your content for maximum mileage
Turn one piece of content into many in the same [+]

Content repurposing, or content atomization, is the art of turning one piece of content into several to reach new audiences. It's about working smarter, not harder, and getting the most juice out of every piece you create.

Imagine, for example, that you've written a stellar blog post. You've researched the topic, created a compelling narrative, and packed the post with insights. That's great! But why stop there? With a little creative thinking, that one blog post could become:

A series of social media posts, each highlighting a key takeaway.
An infographic that visually represents your main points.
A video script for a YouTube tutorial or explainer.
A podcast episode or audio version for on-the-go listening.
A chapter in an ebook or a section of a whitepaper.
Each new format allows you to reach new people, cater to different learning styles, and reinforce your message across multiple touchpoints. And because you're starting from a solid foundation, repurposing will be much quicker and easier than creating something from scratch.

The benefits of repurposing go beyond efficiency. It can also help you:

Boost SEOā€”more content means more opportunities to target keywords, earn backlinks, and improve your search engine rankings.
Reinforce your messageā€”repetition is key to learning and retention. When you present ideas in multiple ways, you help your audience internalize and remember key points.
Show off your versatilityā€”repurposing helps you communicate across media and adapt to different contexts, positioning you as a multifaceted, adaptable content creator.
Of course, repurposing doesn't mean simply copying and pasting your content into a new format. You have to tailor each piece to the medium and audience, which might mean:

Adjusting the length and pacing to suit the format.
Modifying the language and tone to match the platform.
Adding or removing elements to fit the context.
Updating examples or references to keep the content fresh and relevant.
The key is to view your original content as a starting point, not an endpoint. With each repurposing, you can refine, expand, and enhance your ideas.

Tip 25: Refresh your content regularly for lasting impact

Content refreshing is the practice of periodically revisiting and updating your content to keep it accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines and readers. It keeps your best content your best, no matter how much time passes.

Consider your cornerstone contentā€”the pieces that define your brand, showcase your expertise, and attract the most traffic. You want to keep those pieces in prime condition. Experts recommend refreshing this type of content at least every six months. But what does that refreshing process look like?

It could mean:

Adding a new video or multimedia element to improve the readerā€™s experience.
Updating statistics, examples, or case studies to reflect the latest data and trends.
Revising the call-to-action or download offer to match current marketing goals.
Fixing links that donā€™t work, outdated references, or broken buttons.
Optimizing the title, headers, and meta descriptions for SEO.
Regular updates signal to search engines and readers that your content is current, credible, and worthy of attention. They keep your piece in the spotlight, attracting new readers and keeping the interest of returning ones.

Regular updates can also help you:

Improve your search rankingsā€”search engines favor fresh, relevant content. Updating regularly increases your chances of ranking higher in search results.
Boost engagementā€”new elements, updated information, and refreshed CTAs give readers new reasons to engage, whether it's their first time or fifth.
Extend the content lifespanā€”refreshing helps your best pieces stay relevant and valuable for longer so you can get the most return on your content investment.
Identify new opportunitiesā€”in updating, you might discover new angles to explore, gaps to fill, or reader needs to address. Each refresh is a chance to make your content even better.
Of course, not every piece needs a full overhaul every six months. The frequency and depth of your refreshes will depend on factors like:

The nature of your industry (fast-moving fields might require more frequent updates).
The type of content (news-based pieces might need more regular attention than evergreen how-tos).
The piece's performance (high-traffic, high-converting content should be a refreshing priority).
Don't let your best pieces gather digital dust. Give them the regular refresh they need to shine.
