DRIVER

The driver’s role is to support EDF’s operations by providing safe, secure and timely driving services to the organisation’s staff and/ or goods. Reporting to the Administration Assistant, the Driver’s responsibilities shall include, but not limited to the following:

Transport persons, goods and documents, including mail
Facilitate airport pickups/drop-offs for VIP visitors and local transportation during official visits
Keep track and facilitate renewal of motor vehicle licenses (COF) and insurance.
Maintain motor vehicle records (fuel usage, repairs, tyre replacement) and keep track of general maintenance schedules.
Conduct routine motor vehicle inspection and ensure that motor vehicles are roadworthy.
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned motor vehicles and other working tools.
Update monthly mileage records – maintain logbook of each motor vehicle on daily basis
Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
