I have finally come to my final decision.

I have taken over 2 Years to make a standing decision over how am to serve my society from community point of view to the National level point of view. I have had enough time consulting and researching on the same. During this period, I have learnt a lot much as my leadership journey is being full of learning and growing. Still, I can confidently mention that my first hand book titled "Gone Through", a leadership experience between 2017 and 2021 is to be released for everyone's use. I have every reason to thank each one of you who played or is playing a significant or unique role whether negative or positive to reach where I am today.

One thing in me that will never change is that born leader, I will have to die a leader. Now that a final decision has been made, I commit for another time on this platform that I will continue serving my society in this or the other ways available.

I can share with the world becoming part of the building of the DeteRise Partnership 4 Impact, comprising of Young Women Rise-YOWORI, The Determinants among other key entities to me is Genesis of a redefined responsibility towards my society. I have a community to serve.

We feel good to people close to our shoulders everyday and of course those who stay away during our hard times. They are all crucial in our success Journey.

Fellow Young leaders, roles allocated to you by the living Creator God shall never be forsaken or ignored by our weak mind. God will always send us. Please never reject.

AND I WRITE

In this year of 2020, a lot has happened across the communities, districts at national level , regional as well as continental spheres and this codes me that before the year ends, I should be able to share with you Esteemed ones, some of the key issues that I felt burning and of course those that need our quick action if we dream to have a new Malawi in terms of Development as a nation and the youth are my center point of the talk which will further give undebatable stands that each of us may wish to hear , understand and either practice or just keep for knowledge.

A lot has happened and should we not look at things differently then we are almost rushed in dreams and not vision for the first time to cause the desired change.

I guess you will not miss that...

THERE IS A TIME

Listen fellow young people wherever you are: Life has what it takes to drive you to where you want. Fortunately or unfortunately, it takes you where you design if not God. I have it all in me to share in my heart. I mean a note that will change you today.

Never shall you think negatively about yourself. Be sober and determined. That ability to map your success path and make it more certain.

Do you think you have good terms with failure? Why should you seek job opportunities in a company called poverty. I feel and believe poverty is a place where at times people do go to seek advice. And someone is like, "Chikondi you are becoming mad right?". No way, am so ok to mention all these.

Imagine seeing a young person who has nothing to generate income for their living and lives life below standards but has always choices or demands that do not match their statuses. Someone somewhere is looking for Nivea life yet their are at Clere. This is such a hard truth, we needed not to mismatch our wishes.

It's about step after step. Life goes on, and never lie to oneself. It is so dangerous doing so.

Ok: I wanted to say that you are never a failure, and never a spectator, you shall never die someone sent to do something for some and instead, you shall send some. It's a chain. Success isn't a simple process should you use innocent path ways.

NEVER TRY BUT DO IT.

THE MALAWI NATIONAL YOUTH NETWORK TO LAUNCH CHANGE HER STORY CAMPAIGN IN LUPASO-MZUZU.

The National Network Executive committee has confirmed through the Newly elected Chairperson that the platform is to launch the mentioned campaign in Mzuzu Lupaso Community Ground on 23rd November 2019.

This is a campaign that is complementing the government's and Non-governmental Organisations efforts to keep girls who dropped out of school due to early marriages or pregnancies among other reasons back in school.

"We are telling Malawians and the entire global Village that the Malawian Readmission Policy is real. However, it is not all about government to make this live, all groups of people have to come in and unite to see these girls proudly attending school, thus, accessing the education right to help shaping a better society". Explained Chikondi Njaya, the Newly elected Chairperson for the Network.

We have received Financial support from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to bring the Launching to the ground and we really appreciate this and it is a gesture that has proven that the Agency is really passionate about youth of Malawi.

"Among other partners, Health Policy Plus popuraly known as HP+, will attend the event in Mzuzu on the day". Continued the Leader.

He further said that the new executive committee will make sure that all relevant stakeholders and partners are well engaged to appreciate what young people can do to support the great efforts that are already made in the documents to be brought down to the ground.

Six (6) Communities around Lupaso are expected to be at the Lunching ground.

The Malawi National Youth Network has finally completed it's Work plan for 2019/ 2020 Effect.

The Leadership has confirmed that the work plan has already been shared to other stakeholders and partners for inputs and support.

"In the Work plan, advocacy activities as well as campaigns have been prioritized". Said the PRO Wyson Luka through the chairperson desk.

The network will show up soon after it's set for the ground.
