cheap dopamine. You will achieve anything you ever wanted.

A pilot was told to transfer ma.d people from Malawi to U.S.A. He agreed and carried them into his plane🙂. Every place was noisy. Later one of the mad men approached the pilot and said to him “please teach me how to fly the aeroplane?The pilot replied, I will teach you how to fly it if you will tell your friends to stop making noise.😒

The mad man went in, after some minutes, everywhere was silent as if an angel entered the plane.😌 After some minutes the ma.d man came back and told the pilot that everywhere was cool now. The pilot became happy and asked what did you tell them that made them calm.The mad man replied, I opened the door for them to go and play outside.

The pilot fain*ted 🤣🤣🤣😂

10 PEICES OF ADVICE TO EVERY PERSON.

1. When respect is no longer there, find your way out. Although it is hard to start over, do not wait until you lose yourself in the process.

2. Do not chase love. Chase your dreams instead.

3. No one has the right to make you feel worthless. You are more than enough.

4. If someone really loves you, they will pursue you and will make real efforts.

5. Please know that you are beautiful together with your scars and imperfections.

6. You do not need to compare yourself to anyone. You have a different journey to take.

7. Your only competition is yourself. Hone your skills and be a better version of you.
8. If it fails, it is not love in the first place. True love bends but it never breaks.

9. Working hard is good but you have to prioritize your health. Find time to be with your family. They are the ones who will be there for you in your darkest days.

10. Prioritize yourself. Love yourself. It has long been overdue.

The Cockroach Theory

The cockroach theory for self-development

At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady.

She started screaming out of fear.

With a panic-stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.

Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky.

The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it landed on another lady in the group.

Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama.

The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.

In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter.

The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behaviour of the cockroach on his shirt.

When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.

Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behaviour?

If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed?

He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos.

It is not the cockroach, but the inability of those people to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach, that disturbed the ladies.

I realized that it is not the shouting of my father or my boss or my wife that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the disturbances caused by their shouting that disturbs me.

It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.

More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.

Lessons learnt from the story:

I understood I should not react in life.

I should always respond.

The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded.

Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of.

A beautiful way to understand

LIFE.

We are learning to find means and ways in order to succeed with our plans. We are learning on how to accept things as they are but is open to every possibility that there is. Everyday in our life is a learning process, not only of lessons but also of journey. Everyday we face new challenge. We make choices. We inspire ourselves to keep going with hope that may we end the day with a smile. May our worries and troubles be drawn far off from where we couldn't reach them and may we trust that when it's all come to this, life will bless us and give us another day to enjoy and to live."
