Follow standard HTML, CSS practices
Work in collaboration with the Design team to ensure sleek user interfaces and good user experience
Incorporate the latest technologies to provide amazing applications and services

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent field or working towards completing a Diploma/Degree in IT
Some experience with developing web applications and web services
Sound knowledge of programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery)
Excellent verbal and written communication kills
Excellent problem solving abilities
Enthusiastic team player with a creative mind
Ability to conceive novel ideas with eye-catching expression
Some project management skills desirable

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT technician/Trainer.

Being a reference point for all IT related queries, responding to business needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical and training delivery duties.

You would be expected to display good interpersonal skills whilst interacting with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. You will be required to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.

You should have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems, including servers, mainly Microsoft. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Main Tasks:
> Installing servers (including archiving data and switching to a new system)
> Building and configuring servers into new networks
> Maintaining and upgrading servers
> Troubleshooting server and computer network issues
> Running security and vulnerability scans
> Upgrading hardware and software
> Resolving server-related customer support problems
> Delivery of IT Technical Trainings

Requirements:
> Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science or related field.
> 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
> A+, Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate or Microsoft Professional will be advantageous.
> Definite plus - ability to provide training from time to time on technical subjects
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Good interpersonal skills.
> Proficient in database programming and software installation.
> Attention to detail.
> Good problem-solving skills.
