- because someone told you you cannot, and you accepted his belief as yours
- because people said money is evil, so you conditioned yourself to earning the minimum or else "people" will think you're evil to want to earn more money
- because someone told you other people are already doing it so your idea is not worth risking because competition is high, so you accepted defeat before even starting...

Was listening to a podcast today and she spoke about how consistency is not about being able to "perform" the same every. single. day. but about showing up for yourself/your compelling future every day to the best of your abilities and being able to show up at 100% as per your energy levels.

Since us women are subject to hormonal changes throughout the month, we have to learn to listen to our bodies and therefore based on those hormonal changes, sometimes you need more rest based on the different phases of your cycle and it's NORMAL to have the need to sleep more for example.

Often times, we feel guilty and beat ourselves up for not being able to show up the same and perform all of the 10 tasks of our ideal day, basically because we are placing ourselves on too high expectations and we should stop that, because we're human and not a robot!

You can't be functioning exactly the same everyday for the same amount of time. So be kinder to yourself.
