It's a productive Sunday for Ali (the Ali in Ideas by Ali) and I felt the need to write this post, for all its good intentions & purposes.

Ideas by Ali was officially launched on 20.02.20 and the rest of the year is something that I don't need to rant about.

Then came 12.01.21 and the re-launch was somewhat less challenging and the enthusiasm was still there, more than ever.

I am an entrepreneur.
I have goals, objectives & lots of challenges.
I work with passion, a glisten in my eye & love networking.

I also take this opportunity, to use this space, to thank the number of ex-HR Directors, CEOs, colleagues and those whom I've had the opportunity and pleasure to work with, while I was employed, up until February 2020, as they have passed on endless references, testimonials and kind comments, to potential employers, in the past 16 months.

The decision has been taken. It is final. I am not going back.

I am an entrepreneur.
I have goals, objectives & lots of challenges.
I work with passion, a glisten in my eye & love networking.

Some of us have postponed their vacations (I did).
Some of us have postponed an objective (I have).
Some of us have postponed their personal events (Indeed).

Some of us, probably most of us, have postponed their business plans, have not received their usual income, have pushed back their employees' promotions and the hustle, is at times painful, to make ends meet.

The struggle is real. May all humans in Power, who have a say in what the next steps should be, consider all of us and not most of us. We are all worthwhile & we all have something to give to society.

Agenzija Zghazagh is currently running a mental health campaign and we are inviting young people ( 16 yrs – 30 yrs) to participate in our survey which supports the online campaign. We know that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot anxiety amongst young people, and we want to find out ways to support the youth to cope with anxiety more efficiently. The purpose of this questionnaire is to capture feedback about the wellbeing young people vis-a-vis to anxiety.
