The INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT (IPAM) has in recent years developed a connection with its counterparts in Tunisia. Both of our conferences have featured Tunisia because we believe that good governance will help the people of this small country to move forward, economically, socially and politically for the benefit of the people themselves. We are therefore saddened by these events and would like to express solidarity with our counterparts in Tunisia and the peace loving people of this country.
