Pablo Carrion born in Valencia but with a free spirit and desire to explore the world. Have lived in Cambridge UK, San Francisco, Washington DC, Florida, París, Costa Rica, Marruecos, and Madrid but was given the biggest opportunity for a positive change in the post-pandemic world.

In 2019 Pablo rode his motorcycle to Canada with the desire to explore as much as possible along the way, his goal to ride through the United States, down the Baja Peninsula, over to mainland Mexico, Central America, all the way through Andes Mountains and South America. A couple of weeks after arriving to Baja South life changed, he stayed here for lockdown and has been here ever since.

is a private yoga and pilates instructor in San Jose del Cabo. As a child she enjoyed having an active lifestyle: From swimming classes in the pool to running and competing on a regular basis.

Baja is known for it´s beautiful dessertic natural scenery, and as local athletes she took advantage of it: summer bootcamps on the beach or run on dirtroads and hills to boost up physics and then get ready for the competition season. There was nothing more fullfilling than watching the sunrise on the beach as she warmed up and contemplated a diverse palette of colors in the sky.

“I couldn´t keep up with this tough pace for too many years and after several injuries, at 17, I decided to take pilates to rehabilitate and stregthen those muscles that evidently weren´t as strong as I thought they were. I was so fascinated by this new discipline for me, that I decided not only to never stop practicing it, but make it my profession, my devotion. Through healing and improving my body´s issues with pilates and then yoga, I confirmed that I could learn and teach people how to move differently, with enough awareness, focusing on their breathe and the Little details that build up for a better mobilty and overall, physical health."

Baja California Sur has an area of 71,428 sq. km. with 2,230 km of coast line. Beautiful bays like Ballenas, Concepcion, Vizcaino and La Paz are found along the coast. Deserts, sierras and coastline flatlands make up the landscape. The climate is desert like in most parts of the state. Cardon, mezquite and wild-lettuce, along with mountain lions, plants and wildlife characteristic of this ecosystem, are found in the Central and Vizcaino Deserts.

Parallel to the coast lies the Sierra de la Giganta, with pine and oak forests. To the west, the coastline flatlands form beautiful plains like the Llanos Santa Clara, Magdalena and Hiray, just to name a few.
