Once upon a time, the Lion became hungry and he said to the fox: '𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘁, 𝗼𝗿 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂.'
The fox went to a donkey and said: '𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲.'
When the Lion saw the donkey, it attacked her, cutting off its ears, but the donkey managed to escape. The donkey said to the fox: '𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲!'
The fox said: '𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆! 𝗛𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱! 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗴𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.'
It made sense to the donkey, so it went back.
The Lion attacked the donkey again, this time cutting off its tail! The donkey escaped again, saying to the fox: '𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴! 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹!'
The fox said: '𝗛𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲! 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲.'
The fox convinced the donkey to return again.
This time, the Lion caught the donkey and killed it.
The Lion said to the fox: '𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘆. 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗴𝗼, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁!'
The fox skinned the donkey, and ate the donkeys brain, but brought back its lung, liver and heart to the Lion. The Lion became angry and asked: '𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻?!'
The fox replied: '𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗺𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗜𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹.'
The Lion said: '𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲.'
Moral of the the story: Don’t be like the donkey.

10 Lessons from the book " 8 rules of love By Jay Shetty"

1. Loving someone to make yourself feel good is chasing validation. Loving someone to make them feel good is giving affection.

2. Receiving love is hard when you don't already give it to yourself.

3. You can be the most loving person in the world - but if you don't love someone how they want to be loved - they can still feel unloved.

4. Relationships have taught me not to undervalue communication, not to overvalue kindness and let trust build over time.

5. If you want a good relationship don't have high expectations. Have intentions, actions and habits.

6. Every relationship will end if you don't work on making it last. Relationships end because effort ends, tolerance ends, patience ends.

7. I know people who've been together for 10 years but don't love each other. I know people who've been in jobs for 20 years and hate what they do. Time is not always a good measure of success.

8. You can't be in a committed relationship with someone who is inconsistent with you.

9. You don't have to cheat to lose someone, you can lose someone from lack of communication, attention and respect.
It's not always what you do , sometimes it's what you didn't do.

10. Love the people who support you no matter what. Even if you haven't spoken for a while. Even if you don't keep in touch. They keep cheering you on. Don't forget those people.

Top 8 lessons learned from the book – Big Magic

1.Be brave/ courageous enough to bring out the talent in you.
The author Elizabeth Gilbert refers to every type of creativity in this book. Not only writing, music or painting, any sort of creativity would come under this category. The author declares that it is our own fear that stops us from bringing out the creativity in us. Everyone has some sort of talent in them and no age could prevent them from bringing it up.

2. If an idea comes to your mind, do it.
If a plan comes to your mind through creativity, do it before you forget it. If an idea comes to your mind, grab the opportunity and present it out or on a piece of paper before it gets too late. And if it gets too late, either the plan would be forgotten or anyone else would get the idea and present it.

3. Keep faith in you and your abilities.
If you are about to start up a new project and could not proceed, you are your own enemy. Self doubt, people pleasing and many other insecurities hold you back. The author writes in the Big Magic that you don’t want other’s opinion to start a new project, keep faith in your abilities and start it. A good example presented by the author in the book is her father. The way how he does anything that his heart desires...

A Pregnant Woman to her husband: What you are expecting - will it be a boy or girl?

Husband- "If we have a boy, I'll teach him maths, we will go for sports, I will teach him fishing and so on."

Wife - "Ha.. Ha.. And what if its a girl?"

Husband - If we have a girl.. I'll not have to teach her anything. Because she will be the one who will teach me all the things, again..like how to dress, how to eat, what to say, what not to say..

In short, she will be my second mom and She will consider me as her hero even if I do not do anything special, she'll always understand when I'll refuse her for something.

She'll always compare her husband to be me.. No matter how old she will be, she'll always want that I should treat her like my baby doll.. She'll fight with the world for me and if someone will hurt me, she will never forgive that person.

Wife - "So you mean to say that your daughter will do all those things but your son will not?"

Husband - "No.. no! May be he will do the same but he will learn to do them. But daughters are born with it. Being the father of a daughter is the pride for any man."

Wife - "But, she will not be with us forever."

Husband - "Yes, but we will be with her, in her heart, forever. So it really doesn't make a difference where she goes."

Daughters are Angels... Born with unconditional love & care...forever.

Inspiring

An elephant and a dog became pregnant at same time. Three months down the line the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later the dog was pregnant again, and nine months on it gave birth to another dozen puppies. The pattern continued.

On the eighteenth month the dog approached the elephant questioning, "Are you sure that you are pregnant? We became pregnant on the same date, I have given birth three times to a dozen puppies and they are now grown to become big dogs, yet you are still pregnant. Whats going on?". The elephant replied, "There is something I want you to understand. What I am carrying is not a puppy but an elephant. I only give birth to one in two years. When my baby hits the ground, the earth feels it. When my baby crosses the road, human beings stop and watch in admiration, what I carry draws attention. So what I'm carrying is mighty and great."

Don't lose faith when you see others receive answers to their prayers. Don't be envious of others testimony. If you haven't received your own blessings, don't despair. Say to yourself "My time is coming, and when it hits the surface of the earth, people shall yield in admiration."

We will all go empty handed, what all material things we have earned, we earned here, and will leave everything here only.
The only thing that will go with you, that you actually earned here is the love you shared, the compassion you showed, the humbleness, your gratitude, your helpfulness, your kindness.
That is the legacy you will leave here that everyone will follow.
