Euro Truck Simulator 2 : des configs PC revues à la hausse !
SCS Software, le studio derrière ETS2 met donc à jour les configurations recommandées pour son jeu. Le but étant d’afficher du matériel plus récent et plus facilement trouvable dans le commerce. De plus, nous imaginons que l’entreprise prévoit, à l’avenir, de nouvelles améliorations graphiques ainsi que l’ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalités puisque les exigences augmentent.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 config

La nouvelle configuration minimale affiche alors :

CPU : Intel Core i5 5400 ou AMD Ryzen 3 1200
RAM : 8 Go
Carte graphique : GeForce GTX 660 ou AMD RX 460 ou Intel HD 630
Auparavant la configuration minimale se basait sur du matériel que l’on ne retrouve même plus dans le commerce. Effectivement, elle mentionne un vieux processeur double cœurs cadencés à 2,4 GHz. Concernant la partie graphique, une vieille GTS 450 était requise tandis que 4 Go de RAM suffisaient à faire tourner le jeu.

Concernant la config recommandée, nous retrouvons maintenant :

CPU : Intel Core i5 9600 ou Ryzen 5 3600
RAM : 12 Go
Carte graphique : GeForce 1660 ou AMD RX 590
Stockage : SSD de 25 Go

La configuration recommandée est davantage violente, surtout quand on voit de quoi on part. Auparavant un simple quad core à 3 GHz suffisait là où il faut maintenant un processeur six cœurs. Concernant la partie graphique, le studio recommande des GTX 1660 et RX 590 là où nous avions une GTX 760 par le passé. Quant au stockage, un SSD est maintenant conseillé, d’autant que le poids du jeu double : 25 Go contre 12 Go. Cependant, avec les mises à jour, on comprend aisément que le poids du jeu ait augmenté.
