This Taurus 🌹 loves a slow morning 🫠 My body naturally loves waking up incredibly early, so that I can feel relaxed and never rushed in my mornings. I have finally embraced that feeling rushed in life feels super stressful for me, and that’s just ok. I love the peacefulness, the quiet, the slow sipping, and am usually doing a bit of meditative tidying 🧹🧺 and journal time to start the day. By the time 8am rolls around I already feel quite accomplished with my day and am ready to tackle the work day ahead. Anyone else this way too? Early risers & soft mornings? 🥰
Calling in alllllll of the central nervous system healing, of course Motherwort would show up after doing a disappearing trick for years. I’m constantly so fascinated by the medicine we need showing up for us when we need it.

🧖🏻♀️ Cleaner hair is healthier hair.
I used to do the how long can I go without washing my hair technique. The no-poo method. The baking soda. All of it. Nope. Too many environmental toxins and unwanted organisms crap flying around to not wash our hair. It doesn’t have to be hard core shampoo or anything (I love the shampoo bars from @ancestralfrenchsoaps personally and 1 bar lasts forever), but going weeks without washing and just adding dry shampoo might make your hair break off and lose it’s volume like it did mine. I will now even wash my hair in the sink on days I don’t need to shower, it’s become that important for my hair.

I’ve noticed the more my hair is healthy from the inside out, the less any hot tools seem to make any difference. But I know this is big for some!

I have been cutting my own hair now for a while, it gets easier and easier as I get more practiced. I am finding that if I trim any funky looking ends as soon as I see them, it really helps the growth.

Ok now that we’ve been enjoying this setup for a while & appreciate the heck out of it. I am also very much looking forward to installing some hybrid propane systems back in for multiple ways to heat hot water. 🤣🔥🪵 because let’s be real it would be pretty epic to have a shower first thing in the morning without having had to get the fire going for 2 hours first 😁
