GOYA Productions We are a group of filmmakers and artists interested in learning by doing.

Summer 2013 we are producing a music video with a local band in hopes of winning a Public Records Music Video Grant. Hailing from Victoria, BC, GOYA Productions is the brainchild of Sharmila Miller and Caitlin Jessen. Caitlin is a recent graduate of the University of Victoria’s “unofficial” film production program, while Sharmila is an actor/director in the school’s theatre stream. Their individua

l credits include films in the Whistler Film Fest and UVic’s Sunscreen Film Festival as well as performances in Victoria Fringe Fest and the Phoenix’s Theatre 2013/2014 season. GOYA’s mandate is to provide a place where local filmmakers and artists can learn by doing.
