Fermented Honey Garlic: you can use as immunity booster or cough syrup. Recipe: 3-4 garlic heads, depending on the size of the jar you use (I use more since I actually eat the cloves a few times a week and I’ll replenish throughout the season when running low) 1 purple onion chopped Fresh or dried Oregano - 1 tsp 1/2 Ginger peeled and chopped Fresh or dried Rosemary - 1 tsp Raw organic honey or Manuka honey - Local is best Let it sit to ferment for at least 2 weeks before using. Store it up to 1 year. Open the jar daily and “burp” the honey each day so that it won’t explode. Also, don’t fill the jar all the way up to the top like I did, I need to transfer it to a larger jar. Got this recipe last year from @QuenaReChaud and GUYS it was our healthiest winter yet. I actually eat a garlic clove every few days along with 1 tbsp syrup and didn’t get sick AT ALL. I feed the kids 1 syringe everyday (more mess-free with the syringe) and they actually got used to it and now love it. ✨ It is NOT recommended to give honey to children 1 year old and younger. ✨
