Be mindful and intentional about what/who you watch, listen to, and give access to.

Increase your prayer, Worship, and Bible study time. Perhaps add/increase therapy as well.

Surround yourself with people who love you. Those who will speak truth and can speak into you where you are AND beyond this place. You're more than this one moment!

Take care of you so that your injury does not injure someone else!
