While preparation for destiny happens in Chronos timing, manifestation of destiny happens in Kairos timing.

You can plan your goals as much as you want, but until the HolySpirit aligns your desires to His desires and your attitude to His will, there will be no manifestation.

Kairos timing is simply finding yourself with the right attitude, with the right person in the right atmosphere.

Some days ago, I participated in the Land Your Six Figure Business Analysis Job in 2024 training by Eno Eka of the Business Analysis School and Eny Consulting Inc.

It was a great way to start the year knowing your dreams are valid, and doing six figures is possible no matter your location, if you have the right skill sets, competencies and network.

This year, I’ll be a little more focused on penetrating networks and offering my unique value preposition which is centered around helping you launch your brand and set up high performing systems with my business analysis skill sets.

This year is for wonders and dollars!!!!

We breaking protocols and doing what has never been done before and we are paid for it as well!!!

Someone out there is in dire need of your experience to get them to their next level.

Someone out there needs your expertise to help them master their skills.

Someone out there needs your voice, wisdom and belief in them to solve that problem in their community.

Someone out there needs your own specific wealth of knowledge to help them avoid and manoeuvre those mistakes that could break their budding wings.

I know this because I was once that someone. “The pain you feel is the pain you’re called to heal…” and that was the birth of The Teacher’s Advocate.

The idea was simple; positioning masters to establish themselves as an authority in their niche, and attract the students who need their mastery in navigating the release of their potential.

I had a million and one ideas, but no one was going to give a rookie a chance or even pay for “an idea”.

It was a 5-step process on how anyone in any niche (a rookie) could establish a brand in 3 months and the second a 5-step process on how a Master could build a cult-like following and a community ready to pay for your value?

So we kicked off with the CryptoKing brand;

•Sign up as a student for the coaching program of a carefully selected Crypto Expert.
•Learn and Master your skills.
•Hold your first free online class.
•Establish your brand as an affiliate to the coaching program you signed up for.
•Earn affiliate commissions and keep sharpening your skills.

It was a simple process but being the first time in brand/performance management, ex*****on was very hectic.

By the end of the first 3 months, the first brand, the first community and the first 200k had been made, but I was drained and empty, the team was drained and empty.

Today, we’ve done bigger projects, made more money with much more stress, but I’ve never been stretched like the first.

My biggest testimony was seeing other “Someone’s” not making the same mistakes I made on my crypto journey as it was the inspiration behind the brand, The Teacher’s Advocate.

Someone out there needs your own specific wealth of knowledge to help them avoid and manoeuvre those mistakes that could break their budding wings.

The question is; are you ready to leave your comfort zone and step into the light, so your tribe can find you and honour you for the work you do?

The question is; are you ready to position your experience and expertise as an Expert and build a cult-like following and an income generating community?

It’s been 3 months since the grand finale of the Faith to Fame Festival.

A transformational, supernatural, literally an “all in one” experience that impacted over a 1000 persons spiritually, mentally, physically and even financially.

It was a beauty to behold and the testimonies from the song, book and conference, all conduits of this life changing event, are still coming in. It was ethereal.

But behind this ethereal experience was a lot mind boggling work.

From ideation to manifestation, this 7-months process gave me the opportunity to renovate my mindset.

In previous projects, I would come up with a plan based off my experience and some limiting thought patterns.

But this time around, I didn’t assume the driver’s seat, I was only a passenger and it gave me the environment to learn under a Master.

Preacher Isaiah Jil, was very clear on what he wanted to achieve, the impression and the impact were carefully thought and crafted.

And for everytime I wouldn’t understand why he wanted to go a certain route, he would shift my mentality from that of scarcity to that of abundance with his words, and immediately as though they were just waiting for my mind to open up, ideas to make that route a reality will come rushing in.

The book editing process was the start of that mindset shift🥰, the opportunity to have read the hidden gems in the book; Fate to Faith, Faith to Fame, months before it’s actual release is an opportunity I don’t take for granted.

From the graphic designs, to the printing, to the website upgrade, social media advertising shenanigans, billboards, to the styling, photography, interior decor, to the budgeting, logistics and on ground publicity, to the song distribution, book packaging and activities of the conference, Preacher Isaiah had one goal, to leave a long lasting impression on minds of his audience through repetition until they move from Fate to Faith and from Faith to Fame and the team delivered.

From Pre-launch, to the launch and post launch every step was carefully thought and executed and I’ve never been on such a demanding project before but so thankful we were able to deliver on Preacher Isaiah’s genuis.

Looking backwards, I’m certain the previous projects better prepared me for this one as they were equally tasking and draining at the point of their ex*****on.

In my next writing to you, I’ll be sure to share my first experiences in brand/performance management and some of the services we provided.

Congratulations to the Rivers State Government on the successful commissioning of the Professor Kelsey Harrison Hospital and the Dental, Maxillofacial, ENT, and Ophthalmology Specialist Hospital.

Early this year, I was opportune to have been part of the team who furnished and equipped both hospitals with world class interiors and medical equipments.

I admit it was an interesting one for me, seeing a structure go from being just another building to being a facility that has the capacity to cater for the health care needs of the populace on a standard level.

As an anatomist with great passion in health care management and policy, serving a project management and supervisory role in the installation of the equipments was eye-opening.

The healthcare sector is one sector that requires detail, precision and quality and this experience is one of the reasons I had gone on to do the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification course (story for another day).

The dedication of the Rivers State Ministry of Health to consistently upgrade the standard of our healthcare one facility at a time, is encouraging.

I hope to someday make an impactful contribution to not just the quality of healthcare in the nation but in the acquisition and availability of Nigerian Health data for research purposes by students in higher institutions and other international bodies like the World Health Organization .

And to the great team Tokiye Integrated Medical Services Ltd , thank you for the opportunity to have been involved in this project. It was a start of something new…

If there’s anything I learnt from this experience, it is that great people make a great team and great teams can indeed change the world.

Like I said at the beginning of this challenge, somethings one would rather not share but I’ve made up my mind to share them any way.

Both pictures are 6years apart. Can you spot the difference? Well let me help you.

The first was on the day of my BSc Human Anatomy project defense exactly 6years ago. I was Brilliant, Hopeful, Filled with Dreams and Aspirations. The second one was taken 2 weeks ago after a beautiful Sunday Service at CORE. I’m still Brilliant, Hopeful, Filled with Dreams and Aspirations.

But the difference between these two pictures is that I’ve now known scars, I’ve now known what it means to fail, I’ve now known what it means to build something from scratch for the sake of humanity and see it come back to hurt you.

Well you see in the first picture, I didn’t know I was going to be graduating as the BGS of my class but I knew I had been at the top 4 of my class or something that.

Prior to that time, I’ve had been the BGS in my primary and secondary schools, not like it was planned or something but it just always happens for me that way. You can call it “grace”.

So you can imagine that the person on the first picture was sure ready to take the world by storm and she of course did go in fearlessly but naive and wasn’t ready for the storms the world had coming her way.

6 years later, the person on the second picture and the person I am today, is proud to announce that in these past few years:

•I have worked for a Software Engineering and Digital Marketing firm where I gained expertise and experience in branding, project and product management.
•I had kick-started 3 brands; Palmtree60, The Teachers Advocate, and DOPE, one of which caused me the loss of millions of naira and multiple heartbreaking moments 💔💔💔
•Half of the time was spent recuperating and bouncing back emotionally, financially and network-wise from the unforeseen losses made .
•I’ve been able to steal sometime in between to embark on a second degree.
•I’ve become a founding member and Bishop of a new generation church burning for Christ and displaying His Kingdom in power, excellence and revelation of God’s word.
•I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects like TheCryptoKing, TheCyberKing, The Discovery, Laws of Takeover and Fate to Faith, Faith to Fame, as the General Co-Ordinator all with the Cre8ivebase team.
•I’ve failed more times than I have won but every failure was a stepping stone to the next big win.
•In all my biggest flex has been knowing the HolySpirit and having my own special power circle, the Tribe of ITP.

Somewhere inside of me, I’m just documenting my journey but for you, I might just be preparing for the beautiful hurdle called life and beckoning on you to know you can jump this hurdle when you have the HolySpirit and a power circle, without which I might have given up on life a while ago.

The element of belief is the first recipe to defying the odds and igniting unprecedented results.

So many people will tell you your dreams are delusional. So many, even those you trust to understand your purpose will tell you otherwise.

Conviction is personal. Your assignment is personal. Your purpose although you’ll have a thousand instructors, mentors and a father, they can’t take you farther than you’re ready to go.

They are there to motivate you, they are there to direct you, they are there to impart you, they are there to inspire you, but you must take all these and put it to action.

Luke 1:45 “And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.”

Mary believed in something beyond her, something absurd, something unrealistic but her belief was the first step to the coming of our Saviour.

Abraham the Father of faith, believed in the existence of a better country, a belief so strong he left his natural heritage to wander into the unknown until he finds a land that God would eventually give to his seed many centuries later.

I’ve been persuaded not to get into projects I was convinced I should get into, but I did it any way.

I’ve been convinced not to get into businesses that I was convinced in that moment I should get into, but I did anyway.

I’ve been persuaded not to follow a Mentor and Spiritual Father I was convinced I should follow, but I did anyway.

Did every decision turn out positive in the ways I would have imagined? Not exactly so.

Did some businesses fail, of course they did.

But they have all accumulated into making me the person I am today and built the capacity and the foundation to be a better person for tomorrow.

If I never had the resolve to embark on those ventures, I might have never built enough courage to embark on the ones ahead of me.

It’s the little battles you have the courage to overcome today; it’s that project you have the conviction and the courage to start today, it’s that book, song, coaching program, church, YouTube channel, short movie or even new field of study you have the belief and audacity to materialise that might just be the key to unlocking the actualisation of the destiny you’ve only always just dreamed about.

Your ability to materialise that version of yourself that has only existed in your thoughts is directly proportional to the strength of your belief and faith and audacity provided that God is constant.

Remember no one can really certify if something is for you or not until you summon the courage to not only express it but express it excellently.

Show up with your strong convictions, show up with an excellent consistent performance of that potential you know is hidden within you and in due time no one will be able to deny who you are.

I’ve known the pain of talent being at rest (potential energy) and not being put to work in the ways you know will be most valuable and resourceful.

Whether it’s environmental, situational or that one wrong decision, I’ve seen the best of talents fail in the worst environments and I’ve seen average talents win in the best of environments, as an anatomist this is what we call “Epigenetics”.

The genuis in you can be limited in a bottle or set free like a bird, but your environment (like a seed in a soil) will determine which of the two will be for you.

In a country like Nigeria, with so much human capita, it’s easy to undermine the talent of just one man, how much more that of over 200million Nigerian citizens.

Like IThePreacher will always say, “the pain you feel is the pain you’re called to heal”.

Instead of complaining or hating the system, I took on a burden…

I decided to be an environment that will cause people, organisations or communities I encounter to skyrocket in results.

At the centre of all I do; whether it’s studying Neuroscience (to decipher how best to hack one’s mind into making and creating the best of realities), understanding Data (more of a feedback mechanism to see what works and what hasn’t), or even putting the word of God to work, is to be that person that can take any talent, organisation or community from point A to a 10X in income, influence and impact.

Am I there yet? Well, it’s certainly a journey but one thing is sure; my burning desire to be a catalyst for transformation is what drives me and until I build the capacity to not only transform those closest to me like I’m already doing but nations across the globe, I’ve really just started.

Now you know what drives me, will you want to put my fire 🔥 to test?

We all have those part of us we feel most comfortable sharing.

For me, I was okay sharing my faith in Christ, sometimes my data analytics journey, my thoughts on People performance and people-centric management but that was it, that was where it ended.

Well, this year has given me a fair share of experiences and lessons and in while reminiscing on the last one year, I’ll take the next 30days to empty myself uncoded, uncouth and untamed while preparing for what 2024 has to offer.

Of course it’s a new month, the last for the year, so I’ll be committing to sharing my experiences in ministry, while navigating different job roles, trainings and a post-graduate degree.

Sometimes it’s easy to put out the best part of your life, that part where everyone says “Congratulations”, where it looks like your making a headway, but no one wants to easily talk about the struggles, the doubts and the resilience it takes to push forward.

My journey for the next 30 days is only for one thing, to write, evaluate and reflect on the last 11months as I also inspire you to .

The debate between people strategy and system strategy has been ongoing, with advocates of each approach campaigning for its merits.

At the heart of any organisation should be people strategy because it places employees at the forefront, recognizing their value as the driving force behind organizational success.

This approach emphasizes fostering a positive work culture, employee development, and well-being.

By prioritizing people, organizations create an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and invested in the company's goals.

Why People Strategy?

Imagine a technology company that places a strong emphasis on its people strategy. The company regularly conducts employee satisfaction surveys, holds regular feedback sessions, and offers opportunities for skill development.

Employees are encouraged to collaborate across teams and are given the autonomy to pursue projects that align with their interests. As a result, employees feel valued and engaged, leading to a culture of creativity and adaptability.

Prioritizing people strategy over system strategy brings immense benefits to organizations and I’ve seen this play out at CORE.

While systems and processes are important for efficiency, it's the people who drive innovation, adaptability, and ultimately, the long-term success of the organization.

Scared of being replaced by AI? Then you should pay attention to this…

While AI certainly has the potential to augment and enhance many aspects of our lives, there are fundamental reasons why it can never completely replace the intricate qualities that make us unique as humans.

As we look to the future, it's crucial to recognize the value of investing in human development and overall people performance.

To ensure that AI doesn't replace humans and instead complements our abilities, there are several areas we can focus on:

•One of the most profound traits that humans possess is emotional intelligence—the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to human emotions.

Empathy, compassion, and the capacity to connect on a deep emotional level are qualities that can't be replicated by machines.

In healthcare, education, and customer service, the human touch is indispensable when dealing with complex emotional situations.

•Human creativity knows no bounds. The power to ideate, innovate, and think outside the box is an inherent human trait that stems from experiences, emotions, and cultural influences.

While AI can analyze data and generate ideas, it lacks the spark of imagination that humans bring to the table.

Art, literature, and cutting-edge inventions are testament to our capacity for innovation.

•As a Data Analyst I know that nuanced decisions often involves weighing various factors, including moral, ethical, and emotional considerations even with the data presented.

Humans possess the ability to navigate the intricate web of decision-making, taking into account a wide range of perspectives.

AI, on the other hand, relies solely on algorithms and data, potentially leading to biased or uninformed choices in complex situations.

•Embrace a lifelong learning mindset. Stay updated on new technologies, industries, and trends.

This enables you to adapt to evolving landscapes and acquire skills that AI can't replicate easily.

You could even be among the pioneers to create the right policies in the use of AI in your field.

•Cultivate expertise in multiple domains. AI tends to specialize, while humans can integrate knowledge from various fields to come up with holistic solutions. Maybe, Jack of all Trades Master of One, might stand you out.

In essence, the key is to leverage our unique human qualities to work alongside AI rather than be replaced by it, and create a harmonious relationship that maximizes both human potential and technological advancements and therefore increase our overall performance.

Humans will rather train AI, and Neglect Training Fellow Humans…

To me, it's really fascinating to observe the paradox where humans enthusiastically train AI systems while often neglecting the essential task of training fellow humans.

As we pour resources into developing increasingly sophisticated artificial intelligence, we may be sidelining the nurturing and development of our own skills, empathy, and interpersonal connections.

This is not to say AI is bad or not, but the greatest asset on earth isn’t gold, technology or diamonds, but the human potential.

The AI revolution has brought us remarkable advancements in various domains, from self-driving cars to medical diagnostics. We invest considerable time and effort into feeding AI algorithms vast amounts of data to refine their performance.

Yet, as we seek to harness the potential of AI, it's crucial to remember that we're responsible for both its creation and its impact.

Neglecting human training can have profound consequences. In our race to innovate, we might overlook the importance of nurturing qualities that make us uniquely human: creativity, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and adaptability.

By emphasizing AI training over human training, we risk devaluing the qualities that define us as spirit beings.

Nonetheless, AI has the potential to reshape industries and economies, leading to job displacements and changing skill requirements.

If we don't prioritize human training, we could find ourselves ill-equipped to navigate these shifts. It's essential to invest in education, upskilling, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

To address this paradox, we must strike a balance between AI advancement and human development. Embracing AI tools as partners rather than replacements, we can leverage their capabilities to enhance our productivity and decision-making.

Concurrently, we must commit to honing skills that AI can't replicate: Empathy, Ethics, Communication, and Leadership.

The path forward involves recognizing the synergy between AI and human potential, investing in education and personal development, and shaping a future where both humans and AI can thrive in harmony.

What should your focus be on, if you want results?

There’s one thing everyone desires, no matter the tribe, race, culture or background, and that is; results.

You want to know that you can put in X amount of energy, X amount of time, and maybe X amount of money into something and get a desired output.

Our brains are tailored to work that way; input, process, output.

Did you notice how it all starts with an input?

Now, at the centre of every organisation is “People”.

People come up with ideas.
People analyse the ideas.
People transform the idea into an organisation with a process.
People work the process.
People get the results or products ready.
People (customers & clients) buy or patronise the products or services.

At every stage of our existence, be it a person, culture, or organisation, we need people.

However, the first thing that’ll come to the mind of an average person when it comes to getting work done or results is “money”.

Money is not your problem, the lack of money is only a reflection of a mindset that lacks the ability to value and see the gold in people.

Money or profit, is not the start of a thing, people are, and the greater the quality of people you have around you, deliberately or unconsciously will determine the quality of results you’ll get.

Even if you have money, money can “buy” you people but it can’t buy you loyalty, they’ll always be up for the highest bidder.

Whoever you get with simply money, will leave the same way. Learn to give more than just money to your team, give them a family, give them a vision, give them an emotional connection to your personality, be interested in their growth.

As the saying goes, a great idea with a mediocre team will lead to an average performance but a mediocre idea with a great team can lead to an outstanding result or performance.

Performance starts with People. You can’t input nothing and expect a result. It will be garbage in, garbage out.

As an individual, invest in the quality of people you surround yourself with.

As a Parent invest in your children.

As an Employer, invest in the people that work in your organisation.

Value people, invest in them and watch them increase your organisations performance that’ll then lead to exponential financial growth.
