When people fill out online forms, most times you need to download and import them in excel for analysis.

To find out how many people registered for physical class, I use the "COUNTIF" function.

To add "0s" and "," to phone numbers, I use "&" on my keyboard.

This allows me to copy those numbers in the right format and send bulk SMS to them, especially in cases where the data are large.
