is organizing a national level short film making competition “Beta Movement” as a part of the annual college fest Utopia to be held on the 24th, 25th and 26th of February. Entries should be made by posting the youtube link of the film to the Beta Movement page. The sh
ort film may be of any genre : Animation, Action, Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Horror, Mystery, Romance. Simply shoot whatever u like! The best ten short films will be short listed for screening during Utopia and will be judged by an elite panel of jury. PRIZE:

Winner: 5K
Runner UP: 3K
Public Choice: 2K
(in case of overlaps, the larger prize stands; the next runner up gets the other prize)

Keep the following points in mind:
• The competition is open only to students.
• We expect the short film range from 3min - 12min (Make it short)
• Each entry must accompany an appropriate title and synopsis.
• All films must be in Hindi/English. In case of any other language provide English subtitles.
• A participating team may submit only one entry to the competition.
• The film must NOT be a documentary short film.
• All footage must be completely original.
• In case background score/sound track is not independently produced, it should be used only with proper credit.
• The video must be of minimum 320p quality on youtube.
• The organizers (inmotion, SPA New Delhi) reserve the right to screen, share, and/or distribute the submitted videos as entries to Beta Movement, Utopia '12.
• The decision of the judges shall be final and binding to all. Good luck to all participants....10K awaiting!
