As a content creator for brands like Crocs, Famous Footwear, and Sephora, STOLEN packages don’t just cost me money—they HURT my reputation and jeopardize FUTURE opportunities with these brands.

This story highlights what happened when I had to call the police for the THIRD time about my brand collaboration packages being stolen. Instead of help, I was met with a combative and DISMISSIVE officer who blatantly LIED about his job duties, even while being RECORDED. His behavior not only wasted time but also showed a complete lack of accountability.

What’s shocking is that when his supervisor arrived, they completed all necessary steps in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Persistence and SELF-ADVOCACY made all the difference, but it raises a bigger question: Why do so many BROKEN SYSTEMS allow people in power to ABUSE it with no accountability?

Thankfully, after escalating the issue, REAL progress was made:

A WARRANT was issued for the package thief.

The leasing agents RE-SECURED the package room door.

I set up additional CHECKPOINTS for delivery accountability.

This experience has reminded me that MANY people encounter officers like this and NEVER get the help they need—or worse, end up HARMED by the police they requested help from. It’s another reminder that officers RARELY PREVENT crime or RESOLVE it.

This video isn’t just about my story—it’s about raising awareness of how PERSISTENCE can lead to justice and calling out the need for systemic change.
