Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Have the working experience of logistics company or warehouse.
Be good at negotiation and work conscientiously and responsible.
Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
Be responsible for the contact and development of logistics company's vehicle resources.
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the company, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of an HND or Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience (3 years) as a warehouse manager.
This position is open to preferably Male applicants
Candidates should have good customer service and communication skills and be willing to learn and improve while on the job.
Ability to use proper bookkeeping.
Should be able to use Microsoft excel and have a good knowledge of computer use.
High-Level Tolerance and Excellent personal relationships. Strong interpersonal skills.
Bonus: Per month and negotiable
