Balancing both long form and short form content is overwhelming:
- Keeping the viewers attention
- Consistent quality
- Algorithms
- Time & Resources
- Engagement
- Distribution

It's a lot. Most creators find thier strength in one or the other. I focused on short form first then started long form.

Find the balance if or when you do both:
- Content calendar
- Repurpose content: This is where I will use AI like Opus Clip and ChatGPT
- Batch creation

Give yourself some grace. You will get it.

I'm taking a break, of course I get caught up scrolling on Instagram. I can't help but to get a bit frustrated seeing others get 1,000s of views and I'm kind of in this stuck era.

But as I put my frustration aside and started studying why they get views. I found these 3 elements in each video:
1. Captions on the video
2. Motion: Some type of movement
3. Sound Design

Of course, I have to find the AI tools to get all three of these elements.
