🤓 The 3-step process you need to GET CONSISTENT with your Instagram and Facebook posts...
A lot of people ask me how do I do it.
How the heck do I get all these posts on my feed even though I'm busy running my coaching biz, working full time as head of social media at a marketing agency, hitting the gym 4/5x a week and sleeping 7 hours a night?
Here's my stress-busting blueprint for getting your poop together on the gram:
👉 1. SET GOALS you want to work on this month
You need a specific outcome for every post you share - attracting ideal clients, connecting with them, building trust with them, or inviting them to your offer.
If you don't know why you're posting something then the best bet is, don't post it 😂 because it's going to do jack poop for your biz.
👉 2. BUILD YOUR CALENDAR for yourself on Google sheets (swipe for a peek at mine) where you can dump your ideas and put them in order
PSA. Ditch Later, Planoly or whichever apps you're paying for right now and start using Facebook Creator Studio instead (thank me later)
👉 3. BATCH CREATE by booking meetings with yourself to focus on one component of your posts at a time e.g. Friday mornings are for caption writing
What's the most important part though? Making this process work for YOU!
You might create your content a month in advance, or maybe you prefer doing it a week in advance.
Have you got this down to a tee or do you feel like a hot mess a lot of the time? 👇 Comment below!

Why the heck am I STILL not on TIkTok?

5 Ways to create a sense of belonging for your followers and get them coming back to your page
5 Ways to create a sense of belonging that keeps your followers coming back to your page...
- Naming your tribe (e.g. Jenna Kutcher built the Goal Diggers community)
- Sharing your own story, where you started and how you got to where you are now so that people on the same journey can relate to you
- Encourage interaction from your followers by asking them to comment on your posts, vote in your polls and ask questions for you to answer
- Reciprocate interaction from your followers and show them you care by thanking them for sharing, commenting and interacting via DMs and liking or commenting on their posts too

Portable Success Ep.028 | The power of LEARNING
TEST: Are you destined for success or are you going to settle for less?
Comment HELL YEAH below 👇👇 if you're on the winning team with me!
There's one key personality trait that will lead you towards your dream future, but do you have it?
You have the superpower to achieve anything, become anything and go anywhere if you have the drive to LEARN.
I graduated as a biomedical scientist in summer 2019 but now I run my own social media and personal brand coaching business.
How on earth did I manage that?
At first, I dedicated a LOT of my free time to consuming free content on social media. I followed other coaches on Instagram, read blogs, watched YouTube videos and listened to podcasts so that I could immerse myself in the world of social media strategy.
Nobody told me to do this. I had nobody to keep me accountable other than myself. I could have stopped at any point and gone back to biomedical science.
But I didn't.
In order to get unstuck from where you are and achieve EXTRAORDINARY success, you have to commit to EXTRAORDINARY levels of learning. Go beyond what you've got in front of you and go out of your way to expand your mind.
Tune in to the full episode on Emily Topping 's Portable Success podcast 🔥 and keep an eye out for the launch of my own podcast next month!
Everything starts with you just showing up, exactly as you are.
A lot of people overthink social media. Some people will try to plan, script and optimise every tiny detail; others will overthink things until they totally stop in their tracks. As you can tell, neither of these options actually work.
Instead, begin by sharing content that is within your comfort zone and then expand this by sharing content that you find more "scary". Here's a list that you can work through from top to bottom so that you can increase your confidence and grow your personal brand one piece of content at a time. PS. These aren't just for Facebook, you can create these types of content pretty much every platform!
1. Text posts
2. Photos of yourself with a caption
3. Videos with you speaking
4. Live videos
Disclaimer: this whole "starting a business" thing isn't for the fainthearted.
It really does separate the thinkers from the do-ers and I know you know which one of those two types of people you need to be.
Success will always come from doing, from taking that action.
Failure may also come from taking action.
If you only think about things without doing them though, you will get nothing at all.
So, what's it going to be?
