Founded in 2004, Adjusted Music is one of the UK’s most respected independent record labels. Owned by legendary producer Steve Helstrip (AKA The Thrillseekers), Adjusted is a label renowned for releasing only the highest quality of trance music. From his hit first single ‘Synaesthesia’, through to the club anthems ‘Dreaming of You’, ‘NewLife’, ‘By Your Side’ and ‘Waiting Here For You’, Steve Helst
rip has been behind some of the most emotive, evocative electronic music ever released. He’s worked with pioneers like Trevor Horn, shared co-production credits with Chicane and co-wrote on Ferry Corsten’s Grammy award winning ‘Right of Way’ album. He’s remixed Tiesto and Armin van Buuren, amongst many others, and reworked Sonique’s ‘Feels So Good’ into a worldwide, No. 1 record. Most recently, Helstrip has captivated trance fans with ‘Song For Sendai’, a poignant release inspired by the devastating earthquake which rocked Japan in early 2011. The single, the profits of which were donated to the Japanese Red Cross, spent weeks inside the Beatport Top Five and was named Tune of the Week on Armin van Buuren’s influential ‘A State of Trance’ radioshow. The Thrillseekers could not be a more fitting ambassador for Adjusted Music, showcasing the label’s commitment to releasing inspired, pioneering trance. Keen to encourage both talented up-and- coming artists and more established names, the label has released the work of Arcane Science & Melissa Loretta, Robert Gitelman, Deep Voices and many more, all to critical acclaim. Adjusted’s back catalogue certainly makes for impressive reading with previous releases boasting remixes from some of the most accomplished of producers, including Ferry Corsten, Paul van Dyk, Lange and Duderstadt. With the signing of new talents and the promise of a new Thrillseeker’s album in the near future, Adjusted Music is once again poised to leave its mark on the worldwide trance scene. Producers, take note: Adjusted Music is currently looking to sign fresh, original trance and progressive music.
