Last weekend was undoubtedly the most entertaining of 2019 for not only the hosts; LACAS JT Boys, but also for all those several hundreds of students from top schools of Lahore, who attended LCA'19 and Avior'19.

More than 30 schools with over 50 delegations participated in these popular Inter- school extravaganzas; in cinematography, sports, science, literature and law categories.

Mind blowing and dazzling performances by Rahim Pardessi and Romaisa Tariq set the stage on 🔥.

Judges panel for LCA included talented cinematic heart throbs; Ali Josh, Saaeda Imtiaz & Rizwan Baig. Guests of Honour were Nouman Javaid and Mukhtar Ahmed.

'Courting the Law' adjudicated the law moot, while professional sports referees conducted all sports of 'Avior' at the Campus, Punjab Stadium and Champions Snooker Club.

Hats off to the efforts of our Students Management Team in pulling off both the events with great success and hype.

Introducing the 7th category of LCA'19;
"Animation," is a technique of photographing successive positions of models or puppets to create an illusion of movement by filming it in a sequence.
Animation videos must not be longer than 10 minutes. Only 8 delegates are allowed per team.

Delegates can make any video according to their personal thinking.

Following techniques can be used to make animations:

1) 2-D Animations
2) 3-D Animations
3) Stop Motion Animations

This quotation as said by a legend emphasizes the importance of happiness and laughter in our lives which many of us do not realize.

No theme will be provided for this category and delegates will have the freedom to make the video without any restraint.
Maximum of six delegates will be allowed per team.
Exceeding six, a new team will be counted. Each video must be of 2-3 minutes.

As known by its name, it's a shortened film of 4-6 mins that includes all essential points that need to be presented by the editor to show the audience what idea they want to share. Maximum participants can be up to 8. Exceeding 8, a new team will be counted.

The Themes for Short Films are:

1) Action
2) Thriller
3) Comedy
4) Science Fiction

"Photography" which is the process of making images by exposure to light on a sensitized surface, using a camera.
Maximum participants for this category are upto 3 delegates.

"Documentary"
For maintaining historical record, documentary films are based on a category of non-fictional motion pictures, purposely to depict some aspects of reality in a cinematic form. Maximum time for a documentary will not be more than 8 mins. There can be upto 8 delegates per team.

The themes for documentaries are:

1) The Rise and Fall of "HOCKEY" in Pakistan

2) Influence of "SOCIAL MEDIA" on one's self esteem

3) Effects of "CLIMATE CHANGE" on Pakistanis

4) The development of "TECHNOLOGY" in Pakistan

5) Key Role of "ALLAMA IQBAL"in building up Pakistan an Independant state
