HOW DO YOU GO HOME? (Paano ka umuuwi?) 🚸

Do you walk? Use the public transportation like the bus or the train? Or a bicycle or a motorcycle? Maybe you have your own car or take a cab or , maybe even ... Whatever answer you have, I'm sure you work with the heavy Metro Manila traffic too. Maybe you let it pass by napping, drinking or going to the gym. Or maybe, you also numb it out with social media like many of us because we just don't know what to do or where to start to even solve it... And if that's the case, until when are we WILLING TO WAIT?

THE WORST TRAFFIC ON EARTH ⛔

This is how described Metro Manila given it's data in 2019. On average, a motorist spends almost 5 minutes every kilometer. Unfortunately, this is nothing new since 2015. Not surprising since Metro Manila is also the world's worst city for drivers, a dubious honor our city has been recieving.

This is sad, disappointing, but more than that, a complete waste of time, money and energy. And every knows this.
The question is, are we WILLING TO WAIT?

MANILA AT NIGHT 🌃

It has many faces and this is one of them, in the famous Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). At this time, families gather, kids play, joggers come and people unwind. Individuals can let their minds wander while watching the lights' stillness and the foutain move up and down. For many, the darkness helps in forgetting or thinking more about the day that just passed. For others, it's the time to press pause and relax, be present and just be.

MAY FOREVER BA?

A question many young ask nowadays when it comes to romantic relationships. No wonder since are one or the most people in the world, a recent survey said.

The concept of is a bit complex in the context. It doesn't pertain to the time per se which is everlasting, but the sincerity of the people involved, and longevity of the relationship — growing old together until "death do us part".

Some believe there is such a thing, some say it's impossible. No matter which side you're on, you are probably right.

Some fail, some rise and others go back. Life here is not easy, especially for the faint-hearted. It is fast and ruthless most times. It will challenge you and everything that you stand for. Oh, but the opportunies? It's here, and there's many. The question is, can you take the heat?

These are the young skateboarders that frequents Paseo Palisoc along with other students, tourists and other sunset-watchers. They come in different groups that eventually gather into a barkada. They hangout, pass around tips and tricks, and most importantly, they share their toys.

The Manila sunset is one of the best, in the whole world. In Manila Bay, you can see its full glory as the golden sun kisses the sea to go to other side of the world. The people watch and let their mind wander, the kids play. The sunset is not taken for granted here, it is the main show. 🌅

Organized chaos, that is how we would best describe Recto Avenue. Despite traffic enforcers on the the road; people, cars, jeeps, motorcycles and vendors are everywhere. 🚦🚸 The scene seems disorderly, for sure, maybe even confusing and dangerous. BUT it also seems very normal, very, very normal.

FIRST DAY (unang araw). 🌅

This is the first frame, of our first ever shooting day, and of our first film.

This was taken almost a year ago in the monumental, Manila City Hall before 6:00 AM while the metro comes alive.
We believe that our home, this city is unique and interesting in so many ways, just like its people and culture. There are so many stories to tell, and we are here to be your storytellers.
