This working out thing is not always peaches and cream. It’s a lot of behind the scenes work that y’all don’t see. Staying healthy is the key to it all. I had to change to a closer grip on bench press to alleviate some shoulder pain. I think I like it this way. 4X10 with 275lbs and some accessory work. Just a few clips.

Take it back to the small movements that help the bigger movements. A little accessory work to get that bench press up. Floor press with bar and dumbbells and some shoulder work. Forget it JUST STARTED AS OF NOW.

Back in the lab again after a week off from the heavy weight. Today was 6X6 with 300lbs on bench and it felt pretty good. Did a burnout with 315lbs at the end of the workout for a new PR. The best is yet to come.
