Today we celebrate the death of Jesus on the cross. No matter how the world denies Him, His story of saving us from our sins still rings true today. No oppression of this story will ever prevail for this salvation plan remains true, and no truth will ever be kept in the dark.

So for today, we hope that you are reminded of God's mercy, and grace, ultimately His love that you are so precious you had to be rescued from your sins.

And the only thing can we do? To submit to Him, that He is Lord and Savior.

We also had a fundraiser project wayback Dec 2020 that was able to raise Php10,000 and was given to Escuela Taller in support of their workers and being able to buy parts for bikes.

We had some leftover sets and to maximize things, we made them into magnetic bookmarks which are given for free with each book purchased. Two actually with each book.

Today marks the 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀, for it to reach them before Christmas.

I remember being anxious:

But in everything, we still had to push through because of our commitment to the people who supported and ordered.

𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥!

It has been a year already since we started the journey of selling our project 𝗧𝗬𝗣𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗦.

It sure wasn't easy, and it did cost each one of us something. But to see even a bit of fruit from it has been refreshing.

Some people messaging that some part of a topic helped them means a lot to us.

Out of 1000 pieces, we've already sold about 500 and even that we're truly grateful. The profits from that has been given to a creative access nation field worker.

As our country face a supertyphoon in , we pray over the Philippines to be able to brace for this one. We pray for the power that comes from Christ who was able to command the storm by merely uttering "Peace, be still!"

The same mouth that declared the heavens and earths to be formed can also declare the same peace over this storm.

But of course, the reality also lies that there will be damages, so in that we also pray for protection and provisions, and generosity for those who can give and help.

But for now, we pray for the storm to be still.

[DESIGN EXPLAINER] If you have a copy of the book, this is one of the type forms in the book.

Not a secret, John 1 proclaims one of the best explanations of Jesus being divine, and part of the creation story:

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life,[a] and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." (John 1:1-5 ESV)

We used that text and then covered it up on the other side to show that though this is clear, it is quite a statement and idea for some of us.

The book's aim is to simplify some of that concepts and hopefully enlightens some of out readers. :)

Do you ever feel unlovable at times?

If we are to assess who we really are, and what we do, we will find ourselves questioning if someone knew who we are, if they'd still stay.

God does, and still:

"but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

Imagine Him knowing all your dirt, yet you remain loved.

Of course, that should make us think on how should we respond? Do we respond in doubt? Do we respond in lawlessness knowing weare loved despite of?

No, and that's the hope: that knowing we are loved, we turn away from our sins and go to him.

That's the message: you are loved, and sin no more.

A reminder as we move forward as a nation. One thing we've noticed is a spirit of division in the land, and this call is for you, dear Christian. Who you have been extended of God's grace and mercy. To you who have understood the Gospel, that we rejoice with those who rejoice, but mourn with those who mourn. Because at the end of the day, we will be judged too according to our ethics and how we have dealt with our brothers and sisters--regardless if we agree with them or not.

God bless you, Philippines. 🇵🇭
