Is red meat actually bad for you?

47 ingredients vs 3 ingredients…👇

This is why people think red meat is bad. Because in all epidemiological (survery-based) studies, people who eat red meat also eat:

1. The bun
2. Seed oil sauces
3. American fake cheese
4. The milkshake and soda
5. And practice dozens of other bad health habits

Grass-fed burgers may be a top 5 human food on planet Earth. Don’t let the “science” fool you…

The average fast-food burger has a long list of ingredients you can’t even pronounce—additives, processed seed oils, artificial flavors, stabilizers, and highly processed buns stripped of nutrients.

A real burger should be simple, nourishing, and delicious. Our burger has just three ingredients:

- 100% grass-fed beef: Rich in nutrients, omega-3 fatty acids, and naturally anti-inflammatory.
- Cooked in tallow: The original healthy fat, stable at high heat, and packed with essential nutrients.
- Raw cheese: Full of beneficial enzymes, probiotics, and nutrients your body loves.

Eating a nutrient-dense burger means no inflammation, no sluggishness—just pure satisfaction and nourishment.

Real food doesn’t need a complicated ingredient list. It just needs to be real.

Simplify your food. Elevate your health.

Eat like a human. Thrive.

No weights — Just steak.

Six months in to a little experiment and at almost 42, I am in the best shape of my life!

No gym membership. I play around with some resistance bands at home for 10min a day. Push-ups / pull ups few times a week. Simple stuff.

I just eat meat, mainly red, eggs, and some dairy. AKA… a carnivore diet.

One of the craziest fad diets going around. Heard that Crohn’s and autoimmune folks are thriving on it. So I gave it a go.

I feel amazing - strong, youthful, focussed, energetic all day. No bloating, no Crohn’s gut pain, no gas, no sugar cravings. Did I mention energy? Still have some random joint swelling, so I think I might try kicking dairy all together and see what happens.

So what about veggies and fruit? Like vitamins and stuff? Fibre? Cholesterol? Cancer?? And how can you possibly afford to just eat meat??

And why???

I have quite a bit to share on this. Might create a group for those interested.

Will I eat carnivore forever? Prob not.

Am I thinking of stopping any time soon? No way!

Us with IBD say, duh!

"The effect of psychological stress on disease severity is particularly striking in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), with numerous epidemiological studies supporting the hypothesis that stressful life events can exacerbate IBD flares."

KEY TAKE AWAY - Stress management techniques can help reduce inflammation and improve symptoms in people with IBD.

Signals originating in the brain make their way to gut nerve cells, leading to a release of inflammatory chemicals.
