Who else got the pre-election chills like us? In this episode we rated the top 4 most talked about Nigerian presidential candidates of 2023 and what we think about them. Mind you we are both political amateurs so be nice. We also talked about being submissive to partners and cheating. Excuse our low spirit vibe, IYKYK.

* What characteristics would I like to have?

STEP 2: VISUALIZE; day dream if you would 😅

STEP 3: CREATE A LIST

STEP 4: REVIEW & REFINE; Review your list and narrow down your favorites.

STEP 5: ASK YOURSELF THIS VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION; Are you interested, or are you committed? Which word can you say you’re 100% committed to? Choose that one!

Have you ever made a decision based off your emotions and regretted it? I mean that decision probably ruined your relationship with a friend, your partner, and even family? Or it was a reason why you couldn’t reach your career goal. Yes, you have, we all have sometimes knowingly or unknowingly. Life is about trial and error right? Don’t worry those emotions are valid, your reaction is also valid...As long as we turn our Ls to lessons, pick up the pieces and bounce back whenever we feel ready.
