Do you float?

invited us in for an epic REST (restricted environmental stimulation therapy)!
Once you’re in the tank; close the lid, shut off the lights and enjoy the benefits and relaxation of floating. Everyone experiences something different; you may drift off to sleep, find yourself meticulously organising your life, or even find yourself in a gentle meditation 😉.
If our experience with floating is anything to go by, floating regularly should be on everyone’s to-do list!
