We often used the word depression on a daily basis to describe how we feel, when we are tired, not in the mood or feel low.
But when do we actually know when its depression?

Is it when you stop loving the things you used to love?
Is it when you cant find happiness in life anymore?

Depression can be easily as:

-continuous low mood
-Having no motivation to move
-Having no interest in life
-changes in appetite
-finding it difficul to sleep or too much sleep

❤️ Friends, we would like to take this opportunity to ask for your kindness to give a little help.

The Philippines is facing another crisis on top of still being in the middle of the pandemic. The typhoons caused extreme suffering; people have lost their homes, lost their ways to earn a living & lost their loved ones.
We need your help to provide monetary donations to help out families and communities victimised by Typhoon Rolly & Typhoon Ulysees.

✨We're teaming up with “Tayo, Para sa Bayan”, a youth-led, independent organization that has reached more than 3,000 families in Luzon during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are currently teaming up with other organisations to broaden the reach of help that are focusing on the main communities who are affected: Catanduanes, Albay, Camarines Sur, Bulacan, Marikina, Rizal, Cagayan, and Isabela.
I personally contacted this organisation as they are currently providing help for the victims and one of the organisers is a family member which can update me personally about the progress of our help.
For more information, follow their Facebook and Instagram accounts & you can personally message them. They are always posting updates on their stories.

✨We will also be giving part of this donation to Red Cross Ph & have one of our team's family member who works there give us a receipt when they have received our donation.

✨We will be also giving part of this donation to the Villagomez Family, who is a small group that is focusing on providing food, supplies, and especially medications to 100 families in Bicol in particular Labo, Camarines Norte. They are hoping to reach more areas of Bicol but they are only a small group of majority Students and Seniors.

We hope that we can be together as one, even though we are far from the Philippines, we can still find ways to help out people in need.

To love and be loved is the greatest gift of being alive. We are in this earth to love one another despite of what society may perceive as wrong - it is not wrong to love!

No matter what their gender is,
sexual orientation,
colour of skin,
facial features,
if they dont have any money or if they are swimming in money,
or if they chew with their mouth open,
or snore in their sleep,
or if they snort when they laugh,
or if they dont finish their baon at school before,
or if they are so into anime but can’t draw,
or if they’re not sporty at all,
or if they cant cook,
nor sing,
Or if they’re so weird in Tiktok...etc😅

Everyone deserves to love and be loved❤️

And we should be BRAVE to love who we love despite of what others may say...

Its not bad to be a chismosa but we have to admit it is not healthy. Because if we only chismis about judging other people or bringing people down, we are only adding negativity to the world and painting ourselves - as Filipinos - in a bad light.

We need to separate from these toxic traits and start a change. Until the day when these toxic traits are not associated with Filipinos anymore.

Our 7th Conversation is out now!

We talked about one of the hardest topics to talk about - which is racism. Due to the current events that is happening globally - the Black Lives Matter movement, we decided to have this conversation to educate ourselves, spread awareness and to share it as a video and podcast to be able to set an example to start up conversations especially as Filipinos.

Being Asian, it is culturally taboo to talk about these topics, but we want to acknowledge the injustice that is plagueing the Black population in America as well as our own experiences and opinions about racism.

We encourage you all to start conversations like this to your friends, families, colleagues and many more, to normalise this kind of talks. Please have an open mind and the willingness to understand, even if it may be difficult.

Being Filipino, no matter how much most of us deny it, we never start conversations like these.
We stay in the safety of what feels comfortable for us. We tend to ignore difficult topics especially when it doesnt directly affect us.
We are guilty of having this privilege and we need to be aware of this.
Just because we are not affected doesnt mean we should turn our backs and stay silent.
We have to educate ourselves and keep learning. Please have an open mind and look at the bigger picture.
They have been silenced and have been ignored for too long.
We need to make a stand.

A lot of us do not know what it is like having a different kind of checklist everytime you go outside.
Most are for things we need to do that day - a normal checklist. But for others it may not be that way.
The peace we expected that our neighborhood should be, others are living their worst nightmares.
These are the lessons they teach their children that once those children grew up it become their norm.
Because they never knew another way. There was no other way available for them.
Now imagine feeling that way everyday, everytime you step outside.
How different would our normal be?
We talked about this on our latest conversation. And we know we do not understand but we are learning and will keep educating ourselves.
We encourage everyone to keep asking questions and educate yourselves, to keep sharing, and have conversations about this.
We need to make a stand.
