To me, the story of Jesus' resurrection serves as a constant reminder of how society's prejudices and beliefs were proven wrong, and how it did not permit others to challenge them. As a sinner, I cannot help but imagine that if I were in his place, being crucified on the cross, put to death, and rising from the dead on the third day, my first words would have been, "How do you like me now?"
Jesus is a better human being than all of us, so it should come as no surprise that he serves as a great example. Instead of anger and resentment, he returned from the dead filled with love after all the rejections, betrayals, and sufferings he went through.

It's hard to believe that it's already been a year since we exchanged our vows and became husband and wife. Time has flown by, but the love and happiness we share only seems to grow stronger with each passing day.
