This flower is a Yellow Bells (Tecoma stans), also commonly called Esperanza or Trumpetbush.

It’s known for its bright golden-yellow, trumpet-shaped blooms and is very popular in warm climates like Texas. It’s a hardy perennial shrub that thrives in full sun, attracts hummingbirds and butterflies, and is drought tolerant once established.
