Before you panic, follow these 3 steps to get those creative juices running:

1. Take a break

You won't be able to work on anything if you push it. You've run out of ideas so don't force it. Rest so you won't burn yourself out.

2. Get some inspiration

After your rest, feed your brain with some inspiration. Go out, be in nature, read, etc. Be inspired by your surroundings.

A lifespan of a post refers to how long will this content stay relevant... unless it becomes viral!

Knowing this can help you understand and strategize when to post on these platforms 💯

📍 To those platforms with the shortest lifespan (TikTok and Twitter) - share content daily
📍 Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram - post every 2-3 days
📍 Youtube and Pinterest - weekly

These are just suggestions on when you should post. You may post once a week or even more than once a day if you can.

👉 The important thing is you do it consistently.

Also, you can extend the lifespan of your post by doing the following

- create quality posts and captions
- know when is your peak time of engagement
- repurpose your content
- promote your new post to other platforms
