☀️ How do you start your mornings? 🤔
Morning routines were always so hard for me, ESPECIALLY when I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I didn't have any energy to get out of bed, let alone get up at ridiculous hours and start my day with a grueling workout. When I tried doing that though, it made me feel even worse. 😔
In this video, I share some things I've learned over the years that helped me START building a REALISTIC* morning routine for myself. It's more simple and chill than you'd think. 💖
