It is all well and good that I share my tips and knowledge here to help you. But of course, it's also really nice if you know my background!

📌 Very briefly, my knowledge comes back from 2009. For over 13 years I have been immersing myself in Social Media and Content Creation. I was one of the first bloggers in Belgium and have invested in a number of social media and content creation projects.

In combination with blogging, I worked out a career as a commercial manager at Inditex for the Belux. My tasks? Increasing international sales figures, Visual Merchandising, organizing store openings and elaborating sales strategies 📈

All this knowledge ensures that today I can optimally help and guide my customers to reach their right target group, help with the communication to increase their sales and so much more!

And they are enormously important! Did you know that you can increase your reach by more than 13% if you use the right hashtag groups? 🤯

👉🏼 But how do they work exactly?
- Split your hashtags into two groups: your community and branded tags

- Analyze keywords in search and find out which hashtags are relevant to you

- Choose tags that are no larger than 500k and no smaller than 5000.

- Only use hashtags under your post that are relevant to avoid a shadowban.

🧐 Were you asking yourself the same question? Or to me?

One of the most frequently asked questions I received over the past few years was, "Cindy, how do I make sure I grow quickly on Social Media?"

And as much as I would like to give you 1 magic tip, your online success depends on several factors.

👉🏼 Factor 1: Be consistent in what you do. Both in your storytelling, and in your publications, quality of your images and branding.

👉🏼 Factor 2: You can increase your reach mainly through activity and engagement. How active are you on your own profile? Do you share stories daily? Do you publish enough AND, how active are you on other channels?

👉🏼 Factor 3: If you want to increase your reach, make sure you also offer value. For example knowledge, tips or a nice e-book. If they can download these, this also ensures that you can automatically increase your email list. Which again increases your mailing campaigns and also your chance of sales!

👉🏼 Factor 4: Don't forget the importance of hashtags! Did you know that you can achieve up to 13% extra reach per publication within 24 hours thanks to the correct use of hashtags?

To make sure you haven't missed anything, check out these four tips on my "Sales Checklist":

➡️ Stock is updated: Have you checked that your out-of-stock products have been removed? There is nothing as annoying as repeatedly clicking on products that are sold out. Eventually your potential buyer will look for a webshop that does have a lot in stock.

➡️ Alternatives: For the products that are almost sold out, do you have any nice alternatives? Possibly better ones or from the new collection? People will gladly pay an extra euro for a better alternative!

➡️ Clear Templates: Is your communication clear? Have you prepared the right templates for social media?

➡️ New Collection: Don't forget to put your new collection in the spotlight! Some people are not interested in bargains at all and can't wait to get their hands on the new collection!

My journey began more than twelve years ago, in 2009, as one of the first Belgian bloggers. At that time I was totally unknown in the Social Media world and everything was still possible. Today, however, it has evolved tremendously and you have to follow all the trends to become successful. At least, that is what they tell companies 🤯
