ALNIS

ALNIS ALNIS is an independent film studio located in Riga, Latvia. It creates documentaries, action movies and animated films in a wide variety of genres.

The studio was founded in 1993 by Silvestrs Ūsiņš and Arnis Hagendorfs bearing the name “Blāvais Alnis Production”. In 1996 studio received the first award - “2 Annas” for “The Night Of The Commanders” franchise movies. Animated movie “The Insects” participated in “Kristapa Tapa 1998” film festival and received another “Anna” award. To this day the studio creates documentaries, action movies and animated films in a wide variety of genres.
