- Sleep: Sleep is way too important to neglect it. It's like recharging your brain.
- Activity: Go for a run, stretch, meditate – anything to relieve stress.
- Relax: Find an hour for your favorite activity. Reading, walking, music, tiktok scrolling – whatever you like.
- Talk: Friends and colleagues can help, don't keep it all inside.
The main thing is to take care of yourself. Work is important, but health is more important!
