'Over fifty Residents of Bomi, to shortly benefit from a free Medical and Surgical outreach.'
The Liberian Government Hospital in collaboration with the Liberia Medical and Dental Association is expected to lunch a free medical and surgical outreach in the County.
The out reach is expected to benefit more than fifty patients in the County who will be diagnosed of different types of diseases.
Making the disclosure to Journalists in the County, the medical director assigned at the Liberia Government Hospital in Tubmanburg, Dr. Levi Korheina explained that the expected outreach will include both medical and surgical which will last for a duration of two days.
He indicated that the exercise which commences from July 4th to the 5th focuses on variety of surgeries on patients with health complications.
Dr Korheina mentioned that the free medical outreach program is aim at affording the opportunity to residents of Bomi, who are unable to underwrite the cause of their treatments.
He reveals that despite the outreach is an absolutely free of charge one, patients will pay an affordable amount of seven hundred and fifty to one thousand Liberia Dollars for what he describes as screening and laboratory tests fees.
The Medical Director at the LGH also disclosed that the exercise which will be carried out by Liberian Medical specialists is for all and it is open to the public for utilization.
He then urged residents in the County to take advantage of the opportunity, as the screening exercise is currently ongoing at Liberian Government Hospital in Tubmanburg.
