PRESS RELEASE

Monrovia, January 17, 2020: The Government of Liberia's attention is drawn to a social media post notifying the public of a plan by Radio Bushrod (D15 Radio) to begin hosting Henry Costa, who fled the country in 2020 after a writ was issued for his arrest in a criminal matter. Mr. Costa is still wanted by the law.

The government informed the station's Management that Costa, as a fugitive from Liberian justice, can not host radio programs meant to communicate to Liberian audience while in the United States. Any act contrary to said notice will be a violation of the terms of the permit issued by the Ministry of Information and licensing conditions promulgated under the Telecommunications Act of Liberia.

Everyone, including broadcasters, has to be held accountable for what they communicate. Article 15 of the Liberian constitution states that "every person shall have the right to freedom of speech,
being responsible for the abuse thereof". If one is injured by a fugitive broadcasting from the United States, there would be no available redress. The Government has a responsibility to protect the public.

Any station, including D15, which continues in this path in utter violation of the laws of Liberia will have their permit and license revoked.

The use of the airwaves is a license, granted by the Liberian government to those who meet prescribed criteria.

Therefore, the government will leave no stone unturned in the scrupulous implementataion of the laws of Liberia, with sensitivity to protecting the rights and obligations of free speech.

It is often said that he who inspires others to dream more, become more and achieve more is a leader. Such is the personality of Hon. Thomas P Fallah.

Hon. Fallah is not just a leader in politics but he is also farmer who gives his followers and those who believe in him the courage and motivation to invest in the agricultural sector.

Today, he toured his agricultural investment in rural Liberia (Bomi County). It is located in Goghen Town, Manneh Clan, Clay District, Bomi County.

He has cultivated cash crops on over three hundred acres of land with hundred plus more to be added. The planted crops include, palm, pineapple, plantain, rice, etc. There are also livestock (cow, sheep, goat) on the farm as well.

Currently, there are over 7,000 palm trees in the nursery being prepared for transplanting on an additional 25-30 acres.

This is the kind of national leader our country, Liberia, needs for pragmatic and progressive developmental actions.

The Name Thomas Pangar Fallah is not a stranger in the National Legislature.
He knows how to navigate and lobby.
Here're some of his work at the House of Representatives:

In less than a year at the legislature, this young Man fresh from the plank field received the chairmanship for the committee on
Timber and Forestry. Thereafter, his political knowledge continues to expand.

After successfully supporting the work of the legislature on the committee, he was awarded
chairmanship of several committees including Youth and Sports, Maritime, Public Accounts and Ways, Means and Finance.

While serving as chair for Timber and Forestry,
the government signed and ratified several forest management contracts (FMCs) and Timber Sales Contract (TSCs) which contributed millions of United States Dollars to the general revenue account.

As chair for the committee on Maritime, Hon. Fallah led one of the most popular and successful reforms in the country by elevating the status of the Bureau of Maritime to the Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA), an action that has catalyzed performance within LiMA, increases revenue collection, and placing Liberia in a better
position at the World Maritime Organization.

As chairman on Ways, Means and Finance,
T-Five has presided over the preparation and passage of three successful budgets with limited loopholes and discrepancies associated with previous budgets due to overstatement by the legislature contrary to the technical advice from the Ministry of
Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) and the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA).

CDC 2020 NATIONAL CAMPAIGN SPOKESMAN GENERAL GRAY WRITES:

THE REAL NEWS!
After posting the first 10k usd cheque of Dillion he finally admitted on SpoonTalk of receiving 18k usd of the 20k usd. He claimed that his office got the balance of the 20k. Today he called it legitimate benefit but years ago he called such stolen money. It reminds me of Dillion condemning lawmakers for receiving Government purchased vehicles and promised to use his vehicle maintenance money to buy a 15k usd car but he got elected and justified the taking of a 53k usd car. Dillion has demonstrated how deceptive he is and fake too.
The Dillion Facebook Defense Force believing that he never got a dime insulted us on grounds that it was not possible for him to have pocketed usd 20k and that our cheque was faked. Can Dillion now make a clarity on whether the photocopy cheque I posted yesterday is his or not? A negative response from him will lead to a bomb blast and disbelief of his followers.
Please take note that last year when he got inducted into office after two months he got similar amount and never told the people as he promised to have done.

KNOW YOUR NEXT SENATOR HON. THOMAS PANGAR FALLAH:

Thomas Pangar Fallah is a devoted Christian, preternatural business tycoon, an astute
politician, and a kind-hearted humanitarian. T-Five, as he is affectionally and popularly
referred to, was born on May 24, 1970 at the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital in Monrovia.

He is the fourth of eight siblings whose parents are both from the Kissi tribe and migrated
to Montserrado County in search of better education for themselves and their unborn
children.

His humble beginning within a respectable family ingrained in him a sense of respect, integrity, tenacity, fearlessness and above all, love for God, country and mankind.

With a genuine character and love for family, Hon. Fallah found his moral compass in a beautiful and charming young lady who later became Mrs. Swedish S. Fallah.

Committed to the principles and values of a successful family, he has lived a life with the foundational notion that whatever befalls a person, the most sustaining fulcrum is hinged on the family.
Therefrom, he pledged his lifelong commitment and loyalty to his wife and the union has since been fantastically blessed with five (5) amazing children: three (3) boys and two (2) girls.

Despite all his hard-earned successes in business and politics, Hon. Fallah never loses sight of his deeply rooted values and love for his wife and children.

WE'LL BE BACK TO TELL YOU ABOUT HIS EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
