Rêver Gee - fish town referral Hospital Lacks. Hospital beds as patients Refuse sleeping on Avoidable ones ; Appear Faulty.

The referral hospital in fish town city, River Gee county Lacks patient's beds, especially during this time of pandemic; considering the threats coronavirus posses.

According to some reliable sources, patients are refusing to sleep on the available beds, based on their physical condition.

Spoke to some of the patients including some of whom being discharged, confirmed the challenges faced by the hospital, emphasizing the need for beds.

Meanwhile, cross section of youths including women and civil right advocate groups of River Gee county have expressed empathy over the situation, and they are calling on the Government of Liberia through the River Gee Législatives caucus to speedily intervene.

All efforts made to get side of the fish town Referral hospital administration appear fruitless.

Fish town River Gee is one of the newest counties in Liberia. It was carved out of Grand Gedeh county, Which was formerly part of the eastern province prior to 1964.

The county was established in 2000, and has its political seat in fish town.

River Gee county is believe to be one of Liberia's fastest developing county and it is one of the 15 counties that constitute the first - level of administration division in the nation, and has six districts.
